Avery's Pov

Today I was rolling with my friend Montez. He was running errands and asked if i wanted to come, i agreed i wasn't doing anything better.

" Once we leave Target we can get you some to eat, ik you mad at me cuz you hungry and i been dragging you around. " Montez announced.

We had just pulled up in the parking lot. Montez knows i don't mind he just being nice.

" Bro i'm not mad, did it seem like it? my fault " I chuckle.

" you ain't give me no hug when i picked you up so i knew you was a lil cranky. " he responds.

Now that's just crazy, i didn't on purpose not give him a hug i was just getting into the car. I didn't know he even wanted a hug.

" I can give you a hug when we get out Tez, i ain't mean nun by it promise. " I can't help but smile at this goofy ass boy.

" No my feelings are already hurting, the moment has passed i just know i have to feed you for you to be nice now. " He shrugs unlocking the doors and getting out.

I close my dropped jaw also hopping out. As Tez makes his way to the front of the car I meet him at the same time causing him to run into my chest. So i wrap him up giving him all the attention he needs since i was being oh so mean.

At first he tries to push me away as he chuckles but i don't let him get far just jumping back into him each time.

He finally gives in, throwing his arm over my shoulder swinging me on the side of him as we walk towards the entrance.

" oouuu they have a starbucks in here, can i have that? " My eyes light up thinking about a creamy coffee drink with immense amounts of caramel.

Tez joins me from grabbing a cart.

" you can have that, if that's what you want. " he says.

He looks into my eyes all endearing and shit.

" can I have anything I want? " i qurik a brow smirking at him.

I feel he catches my game, soon eyeing me then chuckling in my face.

" All this im doing for you, what will i be getting out of this arrangement hhmm? " He was studying shampoos when he asked me.

" What! you offered to get me food, after accusing me of having an attitude, you get to see me happy thats what you get. " i smugly respond.

We continue through the store Tez picking up what he needed here and there. The trip was short, before i knew it we were standing in line for starbucks after coming from checkout.

I already knew what I wanted so when our time came to step up I was first to let the girl know my order. Tez got a slice of lemon cake like the big back he is, no drink all like he don't wanna be shitty.

We got back to the car now on our way to his house. I was hoping we could get high because that's always what i wanted to do after completing literally any task involved leaving the house.

" we can smoke when we get to your house and watch movies please? " I question.

He looks over at me from the driver's.

" you got some weed? " he questions.

" Uuhhmmm I don't, on me, but i could get some! " I defend.

" awl so I gotta feed you and smoke you out just from the kindness of my heart huh? "

His tone was playful but with any joke i felt a bit of sincerity.
