You, Gojo, Utahime, and all the other elders and teachers sit down in a singular room to watch the student's progress on a wide screen. Each screen and camera showed a chart of the students' points and where they're currently at in the forest.

All of the fun was short lived when curses somehow infiltrated the school's campus during the event, almost like it was planned.

Utahime, the old man with a guitar, you, and Gojo run to the campus where the events were being held, only to realize then and there everyone else was able to enter besides Gojo.

Once you know someone long enough you'll be able to tell what they're feeling just by their posture. Gojo tried to keep calm but the thought of his students nearly getting killed, Yuji being targeted by the Kyoto students and the curses attacking in general, shakes his core. Not too much to make him panic.

He turns his head, and his eyebrows lift slightly, to face your own scared expression. Stuff like this never scared you. But certain things did: the endangerment of allies.

"Gojo? What are we going to do?"

"I'll figure out a way to destroy this veil. You guys go ahead without me." He puts his hands in his purple uniform pockets and continues to study the veil to see if there's a weakness to it.

You were hesitant but continued your way through the veil and charged in a random direction, hoping to find your friend's students or at least a curse you could fight. The forest feels incredibly large when your legs are tired just from sprinting full force near the middle of it.

You whip your head around to a sound in the distance, stopping slowly before turning your body to the direction of the noise. You tried to listen for the sound again by focusing, but all you got was the sound of people fighting.

People. Fighting. Could it be his students fighting Kyoto or them fighting curses? Nonetheless you went to check it out. First thing's first, you have to rest your legs once you make it out of this alive.

That's if you do.

After what seemed like an endless maze of trees, you made it to the end of the forest where the fighting still continued. Megumi, Kamo, and Inumaki were all fighting a cursed spirit with plant-like features.

"Not another freaking plant curse.." you lean to the side on a tree to catch your breath after running forever through a forest. It ruined your only uniform too.

You teleport near where the three teenagers were and sat down on the ground with plenty of space around you. "If I do end up fighting her, would I kill her instantly or...?" You shake your head and began stretching your legs as you constantly evaluate your surroundings and the students' locations.

You jump up and start running to the entrance of the building. Surely there's no reason for you to be worried about them, I mean sure they're injured but they're smart enough to be cautious and live. But why are you so worried about them? To save your own pride? To feel better about your friend you've lost when y'all were teenagers?

You don't want these kids's lives to be at stake just 'cause some curse wants to ruin it. They should live a long life. A long one without any worries or having to fight curses. A normal, long life.
