Chapter 18

February 18th, 2025, Boston, Massachusetts, Plane's apartment.

(PLANE'S POV)

I still can't fully process the night that I had with Nymphia, but after all I would give up anything to experience it again, maybe more sex than crying though. I'm just glad that I have him back now, well not really. We never really talked about that night ever since it happened, I'm dying to call him up but I have waited a bit so it can settle in for him. I hope that Nymphia doesn't think I just wanted to fuck though, cause I really just wanted a conversation at first but it eventually turned into a hook up. I've been thinking about talking to him again, but I'm just not sure what to say. This is what I've been thinking the whole time me and Kori have been sitting on my couch. We're doing a movie marathon of the whole Harry Potter movie saga. I don't know why we decided Harry Potter, especially because I don't think I've thought of Harry Potter ever since middle school at best. I haven't even read any of the books.

I love having these types of days with Kori or just any of my friends in general. We're always doing random, fun shit that we laugh and talk about in conversations on the sidewalk to drunk squabbling matches. These types of days have kinda built up a lot of memories in my mid 20s besides drag and family. We've sat in silence the whole time she's been here except for us both saying "hi" to each other when she entered.

I'm not sure if I should tell Kori about what happened, I don't even know why I'm thinking like that. As if everything that happens between Nymphia and I is important to people. Like yeah, I've fucked around with him. But they don't need to know that. I think it's just the stress of the situation getting to me.

All the sudden after my previous thoughts, I realize I've been zoning out this whole time and the last movie is already over. I honestly do not know what to do except for just sit there.

Kori and I have been sitting and not looking at each other this whole time for almost two minutes. I slowly look over at her and then I realize she's doing the same. We both burst out laughing and wheezing. We can't stop for about seven minutes. Then I can finally get a word out.

"WHY IS IT SO FUCKING HILARIOUS!" I laughed.

"I DONT KNOW!" Kori laughed back.

We finally settle down and we can have a normal conversation.

"Can I be honest?" I say suspiciously.

"Oh lord girl. Spit it out!" Kori chuckled.

"I fucking hate that Harry Potter shit." I replied.

"Honestly I agree." Kori agreed.

"Well....what do you wanna do now?" I ask.

"I have a brunch I need to go to tomorrow so I think it's best if I go because it's getting late." Kori responds.

I look at the time on my phone and it's 8:00 pm. It's not necessarily too late, but I understand how Kori would leave at this time.

Kori and I get up from my couch and she goes over to the entryway to put on her shoes.

"You have a good night and you can keep your Harry Potter hatred in your house for as long as you want." Kori said while slightly laughing.

"Oh you know I will." I replied.

We both laugh.

"Bye sister!" Kori said while walking out my door.

"Bye girl!" I replied.

I closed the door and went back to the living room where I left my phone. I see that Nymphia texted me.

"I miss youuuuuuu" she texted me.

I picked up my phone and replied to her.

"I miss you too baby." I replied.

I went over to my bedroom so I could lay in my bed to bedrot before I went to sleep.

"The last time we were together was really fun." Nymphia said.

"Yea, it was." I replied. I don't know why I'm being so dry in these texts, I don't think my brain is the same after Harry Potter.

"I'm tired so I'm gonna go to bed now but I LOVE YOU!" Nymphia texted me.

"Love you too babe <3" I replied.

I then plugged my phone in and went to sleep.
