"It's a rare 'herb' that can restore lost body parts and save someone from even the most lethal injuries. I gave it to her when she was stabbed through the heart by her enemy," Kira explained. Gasps rippled through the students who were hearing this for the first time.
"But it's as much a curse as it is a cure," Kira continued grimly. "The Star Seed only works on those compatible with it. Without perfect resonance, it consumes the host's consciousness, putting them in eternal sleep and using their body as a nest to reproduce."
