OMG, GUYS, A SEQUEL! LIKE, I'M SOOO TXTING MY FRIENDZZZ! No, I'm not. I'm telling you guys! If you recall, the very last chapter of the first book said SEQUEL, so it's safe to assume from that, right? Anyway, let's get right into it! Oh, and if you picked Run, then GET OUTTA HERE.
Such a wonderful little girl...I wonder if I should meet her.
Another quiet day, you thought casually. It's only been a month and a half since you joined Pandora, and Sharon was right-you and Alice got along swimmingly! You and Gilbert, however...Yeah, he's bent on killing you. Or, at least, trying to find a reason to. You've been on a couple of cases, and they've all ended successfully! It was as if you didn't have a care in the world...but today, everything changed.
You awoke from a startling dream. In fact, the first dream you had in seemingly forever! You walked out of your room quietly, but not before checking to make sure your hair was brushed and you looked 'presentable.' Sharon whacked you with her fan last time you came out with bed hair...
"(y/n)-san!" A voice called. You looked to see the one and only Sharon Rainsworth."Ah, Sharon...Hello." You greeted. "Another case?"
"Actually..." Sharon began. "Another matter has arisen. I'm afraid it concerns you of all people." You rose an eyebrow. What is she talking about? Everything's fine...Why are you all of a sudden important?
"Alright," You began. "I guess we're going to talk about it?""Please come with me." Sharon insisted. She began walking away, and you followed her. Along the way, your gaze drifted to the floor. That dream... "(y/n)?" Sharon asked. You blinked and before you can react, you walk head first into a pillar. You growl, rubbing your head.
"Ow..." You mutter."What were you thinking about?" Sharon inquired. "You were so unfocused you walked right into that pillar!" You thought for a moment. Should you tell her?
Choices:
A) "I had a weird dream. Nothing too bad-I'm just crazy!"
B) "It's nothing. I...didn't get much sleep."
Sharon's Reactions:
A) She looks at you with concern, but then smiles, just assuming that you were being silly as usual.
B) She looks at you with concern. "Are you alright?" You nod.
You kept on walking either way, and then you saw Break in the living room. He looks at you, with a startling serious expression on his face.
"Break, are you sick?" You asked. "You're actually being serious.""Funny," He commented. "But we have serious matters on our hands, (y/n), and they concern you greatly. You recall telling me of your previous affiliation, yes?" You nod. How could you forget that day? "Well, it's come to our attention that the Baskervilles are after you. Since you haven't returned in such a long period of time, they've decided to come looking."
"How do you know they're looking?" You inquired."They're appearing more frequently, getting closer to this mansion." Break stated. "And I'm afraid if we aren't ready, things could get quite out of hand."
"Why can't I just run?" You asked."If you ran and left us to deal with the Baskervilles, there might not be a mansion to return to." Break said gravely. "They'll believe we hid you somewhere, and then burn down the entire house whilst trying to find you!"
"Ah...Right." You agreed. "So I guess we get ready for a fight?""Right." Break replied. "But no matter what, don't let those Baskervilles harm Milady. If anything happens to her on your watch, I'll have your head, despite what Pandora has to say." You smirked and nodded.
"No problem, Break." You replied. "Is Oz going to help at all?""I'm afraid not." Break replied. "He's off with the others on a case. We would've sent you with them, but with the Baskervilles hot on your heels, it's too much of a risk to everyone."
"How do they even know I'm here?" I asked. "I mean, I could have made an amateur mistake and went the wrong way, or maybe some other crap like that, right?"
"That's why they've taken so long to come this close." Break explained. "Over the course of a week have they been approaching, but it wasn't until yesterday we found out they were coming here."
"Great..." You muttered. Your dream was a greater worry to you, now. But, what are the chances of Sharon getting injured? She has her own Chain that can fight. It'll be fine...Right?Hey, guys, sorry if this was at all short-I just wanted to give a little taste. If you like the sequel, let me know and I'll keep writing. Oh, and I want to give you guys a huge thanks for reading my books. I mean, if you think about it, the chances were slim of you picking my fan fictions to read! Do you know how many are out there? Probably millions! On other sights, too, like Quotev and DeviantArt. Thanks again for making me feel accomplished! (Let me know how the "A,B" choice appealed to you.)
