Today is Jacob's funeral. The news was leaked everywhere so now the fans know about it. And to be honest, no one took it well. I lastly placed on my black heels *whole outfit in the media box* and walked into Matthew and I's room. "Babe?" I called out. "Yah, babygirl?" He asked and walked up to me. "You look so beautiful." He said in awe. I blushed and laughed at how his tie was in knots. "May I?" I asked, gesturing to his tie. He nodded and started to blush. I followed and tried to memorize the exact same pattern my dad taught me.

"Done."

"Thank you baby." He pecked my lips

"You're welcome, and is everything set for the funeral?"

"Yah, I called the guy about 10 minutes ago and he said that everything is set."

"Perfect, I'll drive." I quickly stated.  "Good, because I'm tired." Matt groaned and handed the car keys to me. We both jumped in the car and drove to the place that the funeral was held at. Once we got there, we were greeted by everyone. "Still have the ears?" I asked Mahogany as she fixed her black cat ears. "Yes, and I'm proud." She salutes. I walk away while slightly smiling and say, 'hello' to everyone. Turns out, that not much has changed from the last time I saw them - which was almost a year ago. Also, a few family members are here too.

Soon, the ceremony started and we are all supposed to go up to speak. I was first. "Hello everyone, as you all know, Jacob Whitesides pasted away a few days ago. Trust me, being the first one to know about this was painfully hard. But what's even worse; I only had one person I knew that would stay by my side. Forever. Heck, he even promised it to me, but I guess that even 'forever' has an expiration date. Now, let me tell you guys something. Me and Jacob were always together, it was hard to keep us separated because we'll just miss each other like crazy. And now that I know that I won't have Jacob with me anymore, I'm dying. In here," I pointed to my heart, " hurts. It hurts from lack of love. I know that you may be thinking, 'well you have Matthew'. But the thing is, I honestly loved Jacob more than Matt. It was because he understood me and knew my ways better than anybody that is sitting here now. I was going to say that I'm sorry. I never would've been the cause of my brother's death if I tried harder to refuse to go to the Magcon event, if I never had walked into Starbucks, and lastly, and if I never had let myself fall accidentally in love with Matthew Espinosa." (Brb, crying rn) I was bawling my eyes out, but no sobs would escape my mouth. Shawn walked up the stage with his guitar and started to play, 'How To Safe A Life- The Fray' as I was preparing to sing.

"Step one you say we need to talk
He walks you say sit down it's just a talk
He smiles politely back at you
You stare politely right on through
Some sort of window to your right
As he goes left and you stay right
Between the lines of fear and blame
You begin to wonder why you came

Where did I go wrong, I lost a friend
Somewhere along in the bitterness
And I would have stayed up with you all night
Had I known how to save a life

Let him know that you know best
Cause after all you do know best
Try to slip past his defense
Without granting innocence
Lay down a list of what is wrong
The things you've told him all along
And pray to God he hears you
And pray to God he hears you

Where did I go wrong, I lost a friend
Somewhere along in the bitterness
And I would have stayed up with you all night
Had I known how to save a life

As he begins to raise his voice
You lower yours and grant him one last choice
Drive until you lose the road
Or break with the ones you've followed
He will do one of two things
He will admit to everything
Or he'll say he's just not the same
And you'll begin to wonder why you came

Where did I go wrong, I lost a friend
Somewhere along in the bitterness
And I would have stayed up with you all night
Had I known how to save a life

Where did I go wrong, I lost a friend
Somewhere along in the bitterness
And I would have stayed up with you all night
Had I known how to save a life
How to save a life
How to save a life

Where did I go wrong, I lost a friend
Somewhere along in the bitterness
And I would have stayed up with you all night
Had I known how to save a life

Where did I go wrong, I lost a friend
Somewhere along in the bitterness
And I would have stayed up with you all night
Had I known how to save a life
How to save a life." Salty tears were continuing to roll down my makeup-free cheeks. I ran my fingers through my brown hair and sat next to Matthew. Next up was Mahogany.

"Good job, Maxie."

Thanks Jacob, I meant every word I said to you.

"I know, and my forever does not have an expiration date."

I'm glad to hear that.

Do you want to know something?

This was the last chapter of the book. And yes, I know that this was a short book.

I was crying, my gosh.

Ahahaha. I wrote this at my grandma's house.

Question of the last update: have you gone or still go through depression?

If you do, message me. I will try my best to help you and be there for you. Remember, you're not the only one who's hurting. Trust me, I would know.

Also, message me some questions for me to answer because I want to tell you a few secrets and stuff about the book or my life.

If you guys like Cody Herbinko (murderized), then you'll love my new story called, 'Catfish.' Trust me, you'll love it. I'm obsessed with that story. It also has Matthew (Espinosa) in it too.

For one last time, I love you all.
