"Stupefy!" I spat, watching the rock soar through the air. I was getting angrier and angrier by the second. Tears soaked my cheeks, despite me trying to push them and my emotions away. "Confringo!" I shot another spell at the rock. "Reducto! Expluso!" I was shouting now, only satisfied when the rock exploded.
I'm twenty minutes late for class, Snape will have my ass, here comes detention for a week.
I put my wand in my back pocket after muttering a spell to cover my tear stained cheeks. I began the long trek back to the castle and into the dungeons.

Draco's P.O.V

Teresa walked- Wait! I mean skater girl, walked into the classroom, her face blank as she plopped into her normal seat, ignoring all our stares. "Your late, Miss Delicrass" Snape pointed out. "Sorry Professor" she whispered. That's it?! Where's the snarky remark that we all think are funny but don't laugh at because she is her.

Everyone had bewildered looks on their face, Snape and I included... I wonder what that letter was about? She didn't even get out her sketch book, I know she has it, I saw Dumbledore give it back to her before the incident. I looked around, happy to see I wasn't the only one who was confused.

"What time do I need to be in detention" she asked, her voice plain. "Uh... I'll let it slide today" Snape said as more of a question. Teresa- I mean skater girl! Skater girl gave him a small smile.

Throughout the lesson, skater girl said nothing, yet actually seemed to be paying attention. We were all sending her curious glances, hell must of frozen over! How is this happening? "Who can tell me, what does the Frandiovis Draught do?" Snape asked about mid way through the lesson.

Skater girl actually rose her hand, very carefully and calculated, but she did or. "Miss Delicrass?" Snape again asked in more of a question. "Uh... Well, the Frandiovis Draught is the only know cure for cancer, in both worlds. Only, it does not always work, it is a game of chance. Two in three people remain incurred after taking this potion..." She explained, focusing her gaze at the front of the room, her voice sounded so fragile, and cracked, at the end. "Five points to Gryffindor" Snape mumbled, whipping around and striding to his desk.

I turned back to her, watching her closely out of the corner of my eye. I could barely see it, but there was pain in her eyes, it was gone in a second... I am intrigued, by skater girl, this world is turning upside down!

Teresa's P.O.V
I felt my heart cracking, but I raised my hand. Snape barely glanced at me, before moving on, but then snapped back to me. "Miss Delicrass?" He asked, I went rigid, I hadn't expected him to actually call me! "Um... Well, the Frandiovis Draught is the only known cure for cancer, in both worlds. Only, it does not always work, it is a game of chance. Two out of three people remain incurred after taking this potion..." I explained, desperately trying to keep my voice from cracking.

▫Flashback to Quidditch World Cup▫

I came up to the boot, which was really a portkey, which was surrounded by Weasleys, Diggorys, Granger, and Potter. They all looked at me confused, besides Diggory adult and Weasley adult. "Are you attending with us?" Granger asked hesitantly. "No... I just live nearby and was assigned this portkey" I muttered quietly, taking a moment to realize she was talking to me.
She gave a nod, relief in her eyes. I sighed and stood a bit away from the group, silent and focusing on the sky. I jumped about a foot when I felt a hand tap my shoulder. "Oh, um... It's nearly time to go" Granger explained, I nodded, following her. "Thank you."
▫▫▫End of Flashback▫▫▫

I snapped out of my thoughts when Snape excused the class, this was the first time in a long time I had made it through the whole class without being asked to leave. I gathered my items, next is Moody's class... I have a bad feeling about it. Mad Eye is very lethal.
I walked in silence, ignoring the hushed whispering following me everywhere. When I finally made it to the classroom, I discovered the only seat open was beside Malfoy... Just my luck.

I refuse to sit by him! I glowered and positioned myself leaning against the wall, earning many confused looks. Those seem to follow me everywhere today! Surely they have better things to talk about than my behavior!

I groaned inwardly and messed with my bracelets, refusing to look people in the eye. I felt a sudden curiosity as to what the rest of that letter said, and pulled it out of my bag. I opened it up, once again trembling, and scanned to my place. I gasped when it flew out of my hands, I looked up clenching my jaw.

"Passing notes are we, Delicrass?" Moody asked, holding my letter in his hands. I groaned inwardly. "No sir" I whispered. He gave me a challenging look and scanned the letter.

He walked up to me, stopping about two very away. "When did you receive this, miss Delicrass?" He asked timidly. "This morning, sir" I answered. "I'm impressed, couldn't even tell" he told me, handing me the letter. I gave him a nod of thanks, ignoring my classmates watching me curiously.
"Alastor Moody, ex auror, ministry content, and your new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. I am here because Dumbledore asked me! End of story, goodbye, the end! Any questions?!" He exclaimed. "When it comes to the Dark Arts, I believe a practical approach!" He moved in, scanning his students.

"First, how many of you can tell me how many unforgivable curses there are?" He asked. "Three sir" Granger gulped in anticipation. "And they are so named?" He questioned, I decided to participate and interrupted. "Because they are unforgivable, the use of any one of them will earn you-" he cut me off, violently throwing his hands in the air. "A one way ticket to Azkaben! The Ministry believes you're too young to see what these curses do, I say otherwise! You need to know what you're up against! You need to be prepared! And you need to find a different place to put your gum other than the underside of your desk Mr. Finnegan!" He spat. I smiled. "No way, the old grudge can see outta the back of his head" Finnegan muttered. Big mistake Irish boy! "And hear across classrooms!" Moody surprised us all, launching his chalk towards Finnegan, I had to sidestep to dodge it!

"Weasley! Stand!" Moody moved on, the ginger, who stood terrified. "Give us a curse" he ordered."W-Well father told me about one, the Imperious Curse" Weasley answered. Moody nodded, muttering a few things before performing the spell on a spider.
I was the only one not laughing as he whisked it across the room, teasing people with the terrible curse. I glared at him the whole time. "Longbottom, another!" Moody moved on with his lesson. "There's the C-Cruciatus curse" Longbottom muttered, fear evident in his eyes. His parents! "Crucio!" Moody launched. I bit my lip, watching the spider twitch and cower. It's different watching it happen... "Stop it! Can't you see it's bothering him!? Stop it!" I screamed, craning their necks everyone looked at me. Moody sighed, lifting the curse.

"Perhaps you can give us the last curse" he stood in front of me. I shook my head firmly, refusing. "Avada Kedavra" he shot the spell so fast I couldn't object, the spider lay dead on my book. I watched it's now lifeless body, going rigid.

I grabbed my bag and jumped up, storming out of the classroom. A voice stopped me at the door. "Your book?" Malfoy told me. "I'll buy a new one" I hissed.

"Just stay out of my life, Draco! I don't need you, I don't need anyone! Just stop trying! Wanna know what happens when I get close to someone? They leave me! And I would rather be alone!"

"You don't have to be alone anymore"
