Fatima's POV

I stepped inside, my heels clicking against the hardwood floor, and immediately noticed the dimmed lights. The soft glow of moonlight filtered through the dining room window, casting a quiet, intimate feel over the space. My heart skipped a beat.

Zac had Gabrielle watch Kolby for the night, insisting he had something special planned for me. He'd sent me out earlier to get my hair, nails, and all my maintenance done, but he hadn't given me any other details. Now, standing in our home, following a delicate trail of rose petals, I realized just how serious he was about making this Valentine's Day unforgettable.

The petals led downstairs to the basement. I took a breath before stepping down, my fingers lightly grazing the railing as I descended. The air smelled like fresh roses and vanilla, a mix of romance and warmth that made my stomach flutter.

When I reached the bottom, my eyes widened.

Zac had completely transformed the space. Candles flickered on every surface, their soft glow bouncing off the walls. In the center of the room was a beautifully set-up intimate dinner table for two, surrounded by more rose petals. A slow melody played from the speakers—our song.

And then there was Zac. Standing by the table, dressed in all black, looking fine as hell with that signature smirk of his. His eyes roamed over me, taking in my freshly done hair and outfit, and I could tell he was pleased with what he saw.

"Damn," he murmured, shaking his head. "I knew you were gonna look good, but baby, you just ruined every plan I had. 'Cause now all I wanna do is take you upstairs and show you just how much I love you."

I laughed, stepping closer, my heart swelling. "Oh, so all of this was just to butter me up before you got what you really wanted?" I teased, motioning around the room.

Zac chuckled, grabbing my waist and pulling me into him. "Nah, baby, this is because I wanted to give you something special. You do everything for me, for Kolby—for our family. You deserve a night where it's all about you."

I melted into his touch, wrapping my arms around his neck. "You already make every day special, Zac."

His gaze softened. "Tonight's different," he said, his voice low and full of promise. "Tonight, I get to remind you exactly why I'm the man lucky enough to marry you."

I smiled, feeling my heart beat a little faster. I had no idea what else he had planned, but one thing was certain—Zachary Taylor never did anything halfway.

And tonight? Tonight was about to be unforgettable.

And unforgettable the night definitely was going to be. Zac had put so much thought into tonight, and it showed in every detail. Even though our date night was in the house, it gave us something we didn't always get—privacy. No interruptions from fans, no random people on the street recognizing us, just me and him, exactly the way I loved it.

But what really made the night special wasn't just the setting—it was the way Zac made sure every part of it was intentional.

"I wanted to do something different this year," he said as he led me to my seat. "So, tonight's all about the five senses. Five gifts, each one tied to one of them."

I raised an eyebrow, curiosity instantly piqued. "Oh, so you been getting creative?"

He smirked, pouring me a glass of wine before taking his seat. "You know I had to step up my game for my fiancée."

I laughed, shaking my head, but inside, I was already swooning. I knew Zac was romantic in his own way, but this? This was next level.

He reached behind him and grabbed the first gift, a small velvet box. "Alright, let's start with touch," he said, sliding it across the table to me.
