Jay:
I parked the car and woke Sky up. We weren't at the destination just yet but I figured she might be hungry so I asked if she wanted anything while I was at the gas station. I got her a blue slushy and some Doritos. She didn't ask so I just assumed. I filled the gas tank and we were on the road again. Sky went back to sleep and woke up about an hour later.
"How long have we been driving?"
"Almost 8 hours. We should be there in about 15 minutes."
"Where are we going?"
"It's a surprise."
She groaned and rolled her eyes.
"Just tell me sh*t-head!!"
"Hey! No need for name calling...
Butthead"
She gave me a death state for about five minutes. Every time I looked at her I'd just chuckle and roll my eyes back to the road. Finally she gave in and started laughing.
"Fine, butt."
"Ah your name calling hurts so much!" I said while placing my hand where my heart is. I glanced and the road, then clenched my hand and closed my eyes. Then fell forward on the wheel as if I had passed out.
Sky started yelling.
"Jay! Jay stop it!!"
She slapped me and grabbed the wheel and started to steer.
I immediately bounced up and screamed at her. It was so funny, I scared the crap out of her!
She jumped back and screamed. I got a hold of the wheel and kept looking back 'n' forth between her and the road while laughing uncontrollably. I placed my hand on her shoulder and asked if she was okay.
She yelled at me again; "No I'm not okay! Ugh I hate you! How could you do that? It wasn't funny!"
"Ah shut up Sky. I checked the road we were fine. And you love me so don't even start that." I snapped my finger and winked at her.
She pouted and crossed her arms. She was mad; really mad.
"C'mon Sky. You can't be that mad at me. Really?"
She gave me a cross look. "Yes Jayden, I'm pissed. Shut up."
I pulled over on the side of the road and said "Jayden? Oh it got real. Real fast."
I started to tickle her and saying "C'mon Skylar it wasn't that bad! You wanna laugh!" She was slapping me and screaming stop it and laughing all over the place. I stopped and kissed her forehead.
"C'mon, it was that bad was it?"
"No. I guess not." She laughed a bit more.
"Ok. Now let's get to the suprise."
"Wait, how long are we staying? I don't have any clothes."
"Alex packed some clothes in a bag when she spent the night."
"Is that why I can't find some of them!? Dude!"
"Haha chill babe, no one took them. They're in the trunk."
"Ok."

A few minutes later I pulled over and pulled out a blindfold.
"Jay..." Sky said and started nervously laughing. "Wha-what are you doing with that?"
"You, are going to wear this." I tied it around her eyes. "I don't want you seeing the suprise til we get there. Okay?"
She sighed. "Okay, doofus."

I turned into a parking lot and got out of the car. I kind of jogged to the passenger and helped Sky out with the blindfold still on. I walked up to the main sign and took off the blindfold.
After a few minutes of letting her eyes adjust, she looked up. She gasped then started jumping and hitting me. Her last jump she scream and fell to her knees. She took a grip to my shirt when she was in the air so I kind of went down with her. She got up and I just laughed.
"So you like it?"
"Oh my gawd! Oh my gawd! Yesss!! Yes I do! Oh my gawsh yess! Thank you! I love it soo much!"
"You're welcome."
"Aah thank you!"
"Sky. Chill. You're welcome. It's no big deal. To me anyway..."
She latched on to me and just deadwaited. All she could say was thank you repeatedly, and I didn't think it was a big deal. It was the cheapest part of the trip. She's always wanted to see Wicked, the Broadway Musical about the two witches in the Wizard of Oz.
We have so much more to do, and she has no idea.
