(Lucy's POV)

"You're a great little detective, aren't you?" Jason smirks, tilting his head to the side.

"But why? I loved you," I whisper. I look down, tears brewing. "I do love you," I breathe.

"Too bad my feelings aren't the same," Jason says, laughing.

"I knew it was your tattoo. You were the one that put the bomb on my car. Why the hell did you do that? Jason, what did I do to you?"

"You never fucking die!" He shouts. I flinch, looking down.

"What are you talking about?" I look back up at him.

"I've gotten you kidnapped multiple fucking times, damn it. Each time you manage to wiggle your way right out of it. How the fuck do you do it?" He screams.

My eyes go wide in realization. "You were the one that has done all of this to me? Everything that has happened to me over the years and it was all your fault," I say. I stare at him, infuriated. "Did you plan me getting amnesia?" I shout.

"No, baby, that was just an added bonus," He says smirking.

I shake my head, allowing tears to slide down.

"What are you going to do to me?" I ask, looking back up at him.

He smirks, tilting his head to the side. "This." He grins and presses something. I jolt at the sudden energy that courses through me. A scream escapes my lips and my body finally slumps.

"Please, Jason, please. Why are you doing this to me?" I cry.

"Because you're a sorry ass bitch," He spits.

"Just kill me, Jason, please. Please, please just kill me," I sob. My head hangs as my body shakes.

"Oh, no, sweetheart. I'm making it really slow and painful for you this time. You will be dead by the end of the day, though. No need to worry," Jason says, grinning.

"You sadistic asshole!" I shout. He stares at me for a split second before his hand connects with my face. My mouth hangs open and I want so bad to reach up and soothe my cheek.

"You will not speak to me that way. I swear if you do, I'll let you die down here, damn it," He growls.

"I thought you cared about me, Jason. What did I do to make you want me dead? I'm so sorry, Jason, please just." I can't even finish my sentence because I slump over and begin crying again.

Jason smirks at me, taking a knife out of his pocket. He flips the blade open and my eyes go wide when he comes towards me. "Please, don't," I cry. He waves the blade around before stopping on my collar bone. He presses the blade into my skin and drags it across the bone.

I cry out in pain, trying to move away. He keeps me pressed down, not allowing me to move. He stops the line and digs the blade deeper into my skin. I cry out again and try my hardest to move. "Stop moving, damn it!" He screams. I jump, looking away.

I try to even out my breathing, but to no avail.

"Please, just kill me," I cry.

(Hotchner's POV)

I enter the hospital, fully prepared to speak to Lucy. "I need to see Lucy McMillan," I tell the attendant at the desk. "She's in her room, correct?" The woman smiles warmly at me and then nods. I thank her and head towards her room.

I knock, waiting for her to allow me in. When she doesn't speak, I knock again, louder this time. She still doesn't answer. I frown and open the door. "Lucy?" I call. I knock on the bathroom door, but she still doesn't answer. When I open the door, she's not in there.

I sigh and walk out, searching the halls for her doctor. Something about this isn't sitting right with me. When I can't find him in the halls, I ask the woman at the front desk. "Where is Lucy McMillan's doctor?"

"I'll page him if you like?" She asks, smiling. I nod, and turn to wait.

A few minutes later, he walks up. "Where's Lucy?"

"Oh! She's in the cafeteria. I sent her down to get some food in her system."

"When?" I ask.

"About an hour ago, actually," He says. A frown suddenly covers his face as if he's realizing something. I rush down to the cafeteria. Something about this is really not sitting right.

When I enter the cafeteria, I search the crowd of faces. "Damn it," I mutter. I find someone in charge and bark an order. "I need your security footage from an hour and a half ago." The man begins to protest, but I show him my I.D. and shout, "Now!" He flinches and rushes away. I stand there, rubbing my head.

A few minutes later, he walks back with a laptop. I start the feed, watching Lucy. She's sitting there eating, everything going normal. I frown when I see Jason walk up. He seems to hesitate before he sits down. The way he sits seems odd, but I look to Lucy.

He says something to her, smiling. She smiles and nods, then walks off with him. Her body is tense and she seems uneasy.

I thank the man, patting his back. I run off down the hall, back to the station. "McCarthy, I need some backup. I think Jason may have done something to Lucy. She left with him from the hospital and it didn't look good," I say. He nods, grabbing his gear.

We pop into our cruisers and head towards Jason's place. As soon as we get there, my hand goes to my gun if needed. I knock on the door, waiting for an answer. I listen closely in case anyone may be there.

There's a sudden crash inside and my eyes go wide. I look back at McCarthy and nod. He rounds back and I count to three before my boot hits the door, forcing it open. I scan through the first few rooms as McCarthy scans others.

"Clear," I call.

"Clear," McCarthy sighs. I move towards the kitchen and look at the broken glass on the ground.

Something scurries behind us and I turn in time to see a rat disappear into another room. I huff and roll my eyes. "Damn it," I shout. My fists connect with the tabletop and everything on it rattles. My phone buzzes and I take it out, looking at the file sent to me. "Shit," I breathe. "It was Jason! The whole time it was fucking Jason!" I shout. I run out and back to my cruiser.
