A/N - I know that Lauren and Harry are not Irwin's but just pretend that they are for this book :)

Tylah

Today my family and I arrived at our new home in Sydney, Australia. We moved here from Melbourne because I was offered a volleyball scholarship from Volleyball NSW. Okay, now that you know all that... my name is Tylah and I am sixteen years old. I have long, dirty blonde hair and green eyes. Quite obviously, I play volleyball and my position is a setter which-

"TYLAH GRACE MATTHEWS."

Shit. "COMING MUM!" I yelled back while jogging down the stairs. My dad was unloading boxes into the lounge room while my mum was telling my ten year old brother and sister to carry the boxes with their things in them up to their rooms and start to empty them out neatly.

After an hour or so I had managed to place everything where I wanted it in my bedroom. My parents, Alex and Mila, and my siblings, Jed and Aubrey, who are twins, had gone down to get some groceries and I was just laying in bed, tired from all that unpacking. Fifteen minutes later there was a knocking sound coming from downstairs. I made a beeline down the stairs and went straight to the front down and swung it open.

"Hello, I'm your new neighbour and I just wanted to come and introduce myself! My name is Lauren, Lauren Irwin." She said, finishing with a smile.

"Hi Lauren, it's lovely meet you. I'm Tylah!" I put my hand out for her to shake but she had other ideas. She pulled me into a tight hug saying that friends hug not shake hands and I just laughed while hugging her back.

"My mum wants to know if you and your family want to come around for dinner tomorrow night?"

"Hm," I smiled cheekily at her, "that would have to depend on what we would be having," I poked my tongue out at her.

"PIZZA!" She exclaimed rather loudly making me jump slightly.

"Well then, that is a definite yes!" I laughed along with her as she was giggling about how she frightened me just moments before.

"Okay, well I will see you tomorrow night, Tylah."

"Yep, see you then."

I turned around and rested my back against the door. She looked vaguely familiar but I couldn't put a finger on where I knew her face from. Oh well, she probably just has one of those faces I thought while skipping into the kitchen. Upon opening the fridge I was greeted with nothing but empty, plastic shelves. Ugh, now I have to wait till the others get home with food.
