Princess Luna's POV

I watched Scootaloo as she flew around with Rainbow Dash. A bright flash struck her flank, but it didn't hurt her. Instead she looked at it with joy and excitement.
“Rainbow Dash! Rainbow Dash!” she called for the colorful pegasus.
“What is it, Squirt?” Rainbow asked.
“I got my cutie mark!” she exclaimed.
I smiled, then exited the door of Scootaloo’s dreams. I walked on, through the hallway of doors, stepping into dreams and watching. ‘Strange,’ I thought. ‘Nopony seems to be having nightmares.
Then, suddenly, I remembered Celestia and her “bad dream.” I summoned her door, but when I stepped in, I saw nothing. I was confused, so I stood there awhile longer, running through my thoughts.
‘If she wasn’t dreaming, her door wouldn’t have appeared,’ I thought.
“Celestia?” I decided to yell out.
       “A nightmare.
I saw a tiny light, ignored the whispers, and walked forward. As I got closer, I realized that the light I had seen came from a crown . . . Celestia’s crown! But where was Celestia?
       “Celestia?” I asked the darkness. . . . Nothing.
“I AM COMING!” A shout erupted out of the silence. The crown cracked, then burst. Dark blue aura seeped out of the pieces.
“What are you?” I asked firmly.
       “A nightmare,” the echo continued.
“What are you doing in my sister’s dreams?” I screamed, ready to defend my sister no matter what.
The crown had vanished into the darkness. And I was left without answers. I knew that I should go because if the door closed; it would mean Celestia’s awake, and I’d be trapped in here until she slept again. But she didn’t know this, and if I was gone, she’d probably never sleep.
So, I walked to the door thinking, ‘Is she afraid of something? That voice . . . I know it! Was it mine?
I watched Celestia’s dream door disappear. She was awake. Maybe it was dawn.
‘I should begin resting,’ I thought. I exited the starry world through my door and drifted off into my own dreams.
