Chapter 7. Modeling Portfolio

The next day, I wake up to my alarm going off.

Hunter groans. "Babe, wake up." He mumbles. He kisses my shoulder.

I nod and mumble that I'm already up. I slowly get out of bed and turn my alarm off.

He stays asleep.

"I'll wake you up after my shower."

He nods and turns over on his right side.

I kiss his cheek and walk over to the bathroom. I strip down and get in the warm shower. I hurry up and get out, fixing my hair how I like it, in natural curls. I get dressed in a gray sweater and maroon colored pants with gray Uggs. I top it all off with a maroon earring and necklace set, a maroon fedora, and a gray belt.

I text Kate, asking her what other outfit I should bring. She said she'd come over in a bit. I walk over to Hunter and kiss his cheek. "I'm gonna make us some coffee." I whisper in his ear.

He nods and groans.

I go downstairs to fix us some coffee. I hear him walk around upstairs. Soon, he comes downstairs and I see he's changed into a plain black shirt and jeans with Converse.

He stretches and grabs his coffee.

I blow on mine and take a sip. We finish ours off and go up to brush our teeth.

After we do that we go back downstairs and he pulls me close for a kiss. I giggle and kiss him back.

He puts his hands on my hips and slowly pulls away.

I groan. "Kate's coming over, by the way." I wrap my arms around his neck.

He nods.

I sit on the couch and turn on My Life As Liz, finishing up an episode from a couple of days ago.

He sits down and we watch it together. The doorbell rings.

"It's open!" I holler. The door opens and Kate walks in.

"Let's go." She leads me up to our and we search through my clothes. We end up with a mustard colored crop top sweater thing and light green colored pants with brown knee-high boots. For jewelry, we do a simple earring and necklace set from Forever 21. She helps me with my makeup, putting on foundation from Clinique, blush/bronze duo from Bobbi Brown, flawless eyeshadow from ELF, mascara and black eyeliner from Clinique, "Anna" colored lipstick, "Ophelia" lipgloss, "Frivolous" lip pencil, and she uses a clear coat on my nails, those four things coming from Nars Cosmetics. We wait for that to dry. It finishes drying completely and I look in the mirror of our bathroom and fix my hat. She hands me a couple pieces of toilet paper and I blot my lips, putting the toilet paper in the trash.

Hunter comes in and he smiles when he sees me. "You look stunning." He says and is about to kiss me.

I put my index finger on his lips.

He looks at me confused. He kisses my finger.

"Thanks. Unless you want lipstick on your lips, then I would suggest you don't kiss me." I put my finger down and walk out, grabbing Hunter's hand. We all walk back downstairs and to Hunter's car.

We go to two different places: a park, and a bridge which is a couple blocks away from our house. When we arrive at the park, Hunter gives me a smile and I do different poses and I have a lot of fun doing it. We do the same thing at the bridge. I change into the yellow sweater with green pants and brown boots, wearing the picture above.
