Dani, Natasha, Steve and Clint are on the quinjet. Clint is flying, whilst Dani is beside him, shooting through the gun. She thought about how she wasn't at all trained for these kinds of things.

"Stark, we're heading north east." Dani says.
"Swing up park, I'm gonna lay 'em out for you." Tony replies.
Clint flew the aircraft as directed and Dani shoots all of the aliens.
Dani raises an eyebrow. "Your flying is lousy." She points out.
"Yeah, well one of the engines is kind of not working. Trying my best here." He says.
The trio follows Steve. They notice a huge worm-like creature in the sky.
"Stark, are you seeing this?" Steve asks.
"I'm seeing, still working on believing. Where's Banner? Has he shown up yet?" Tony says.
"Banner?" Steve questions. "Just keep me posted." Tony states.
"Those people need assistance down there." Steve says.
Dani shot a few of the aliens and they died easily. This bored her, so she smirks and puts her guns back in her holsters. "Any of you guys good at dancing? I know I sure am." She says and gracefully takes out a whole lot more with her batons.
"We got this. It's good. Go!" Natasha says to Steve.
"You think you can hold them off?" Steve asks Clint.
"Captain," Clint pulls a trigger on his bow and it mechanically shoots. "It would be my genuine pleasure."
Clint shoots an arrow and the alien died as Steve jumps off the bridge. Dani notices small children being held by their parents and goes to help them. She jerks the door open and people sprint out. No one bothers to thank her and some pushed out of the way. The redhead sighs.
Natasha, Clint and Dani take cover behind a car.
"Just like Budapesht all over again!" Natasha says.
"You and I remember Budapest very differently." Clint says.
"I have to agree with Nat on this. Sorry, Clinton." Dani says.
"But you always agree with Tasha." Clint argues.
"She's my sister." Dani shrugs slightly. "On second thought I retract that statement. How can this be like Budapesht when we're fighting freaking aliens!?"

Dani fights the Chitari for a while until one gives her a nice nick on the forehead. It then pushes her to the ground in an alleyway.
And Dani realizes that she can't do this. She isn't cut out to be a hero. The girl is a 21-year-old that's used to solo missions of going in, taking what SHEILD wants and killing anyone that could compromise this.
