JungKook stood there, at the threshold of the door, unsure whether the dense air surrounding him was suffocating him or if it was the anguish tightening around his chest. His eyes couldn't look away from the scene before him. Jin and TaeHyung were embraced, such an innocent gesture, but at that moment it transformed into a sharp dagger, sinking into his heart. TaeHyung's hands rested softly on Jin's waist, their faces so close that JungKook could almost feel their lips brushing, the complicity they shared, a complicity he would never understand. Anger began to bubble up inside him.

He couldn't take it anymore.

"What the hell are you doing?" JungKook's voice echoed in the air, harsh and venomous. He took a step forward, his breath ragged, as if the simple act of moving towards them was a battle. The atmosphere in the room grew heavy, dense, as if the very air had turned acidic.

Jin pulled his gaze away from TaeHyung, startled by JungKook's sudden outburst, but in his eyes, there was more than just surprise. There was fear. Fear of him? JungKook didn't know, but he could feel it like a direct blow to his stomach.

"JungKook, it's not what you think," Jin said, forcing calmness into his voice, raising his hands in a gesture of peace. But the desperation in his voice was impossible to hide.

"Not what I think?" JungKook laughed bitterly, the sound hollow, resonating off the walls. "Are you seriously telling me it's not what I think? You're hugging him, Jin. What else is there to think? What do you want me to do? Wait for an apology? Or am I so insignificant to you that you have to do this now, when... when..." His voice cracked, but he clenched his jaw, forcing the control back, as though the pain was just a fleeting shadow.

TaeHyung stepped back, distancing himself from Jin with his hands raised in surrender, though the tension in his face spoke of something more.

"I... I don't want this to get out of hand," he murmured, but his words were like a breeze that couldn't calm the storm JungKook had unleashed.

"Get out of hand? What do you think I'm doing now? I'm losing my mind over you, Jin!" JungKook took another step towards him, the sound of his shoes hitting the floor echoing in the room like an ominous drumbeat.

Jin seemed to hesitate, the pain and guilt evident on his face.

"It's not what you think, JungKook. It's not what you think." But the words no longer held the power to stop the fury that raged within JungKook.

"Don't do this to me," JungKook said, his voice trembling, but at the same time filled with contained fury. "Don't make me believe that everything we've done together, everything we've shared, was a lie. Don't make me think that everything we..." The sound of his own name cut off his words.

"JungKook, calm down," TaeHyung said with a firmness that was unlike him, but in his eyes, there was also a glint of something more, something JungKook couldn't quite understand.

"Calm down! Are you telling me to calm down? When you're here with him!?" JungKook raised his hand, pointing at TaeHyung, but his gaze was fixed on Jin, as if he were the only one responsible for this entire mess. "What do you want from me?" Jin and TaeHyung exchanged a brief look before bursting into soft laughter, almost conspiratorial. It was a laugh that, at that moment, only deepened JungKook's frustration. His eyes shone with a mixture of confusion and rage. "What...? Are you laughing at me!? Is this some bloody joke to you!?" JungKook felt his heart pound with fury. Every second that passed, every word that left their mouths, felt like a direct blow to his pride, to his pain. He couldn't understand how they could take all of this so lightly.

"JungKook, don't be like this," TaeHyung said with a laugh, his calmness driving him mad. "It's not that serious."

"Not that serious?" JungKook repeated, his voice a whisper full of bitterness. "Do you know what you're doing? Do you realise what it means that you're laughing while I'm here, broken, feeling like the world is crashing down on me?" But TaeHyung's laughter didn't fade. Instead, his eyes lit up with a spark that made JungKook feel even more powerless. TaeHyung took a step towards him, as if trying to calm the storm that JungKook had unleashed, but his calmness only intensified the chaos inside JungKook.
