The Asset (Winter Soldier) has yet to give full compliance under new regulations through Project Eclipse. Last mechanical repair of the assets arm (May 27th) issued a full reconstruction of the 6th muscle just above the shoulder mechanism.
Eclipse has been under confinement since retrieval (April 17th, 1961), as has been issued a set 5 asset. In recent light, Eclipse has expressed technological advancement, mechanical engineering, neurological biochemistry, and medical aid training. In these discoveries, each of the disciplines listed have been noted and Eclipse will consistently display progression and advancement in the fields.
Project Eclipse has been started with precision and confinement under Commander jurisdiction, and will continue to be so until approved otherwise. In hopes for future expeditions, Project Eclipse remains to be one of the few stronghold reliabilities currently in place.

August 9th, 1961
Set five asset Project Eclipse is due for cryostasis after 4 months of exposure.
Current eventualities have spiked and Eclipse has undergone interrogation under supervision and approval with Black Star, and General Volkov.
Eclipse has been charged with attempted escape as a set 5 asset. On the morning of August 7th, 1961, Eclipse attacked supervisors, (eight operative lieutenants, and two supporting doctors) with an effective radioactive blast that terminated power in the entire facility.
Eclipse had only made it to the outermost security of the facility before she was put down. After interrogation, it has been concluded that Eclipse was sporadic and disoriented after time in the facility.
Eclipse was then approved for a cryostasis chamber for at least 4 months, following the cryostasis of the asset after said time. If necessary and deemed by commanders, Eclipse may be released from the chamber on account of the Asset.
Under no circumstances is Project Eclipse to be altered. Strict protocol within alignment of Project Hindsight validated any and all actions regarding Eclipse.
Diagnosis and treatment has been logged and approved by General Volkov and Black Star. Authority has yet to transfer, but primary authorization falls beneath Black Star.
January 25th, 1963
Eclipse has undergone surgery in the past few days, retaining a new reconstruction of a singular bone in the spine with a Vibranium coating.
The surgery was ordered under General Volkov, after Eclipse displayed another act of defiance in attempted facility failure.
If Eclipse continues to show signs of disruptive behavior, the surgeries act as an incentive for Eclipse to stay in line.
Volkov is the first of many overseers of Project Eclipse, and has thus been grounded to a strict and restrictive control. 'Breaking ___ in.' Were the words used as Volkov ordered a team of SWAT agents to beat Eclipse to death. They were stopped in time to get Eclipse to the medical chamber to recover until a spinal surgery was scheduled fifteen days later.
Black Star hearing this information was mildly disappointed, at odds that Eclipse had not submitted to their control. Black Star suspected the fight would continue for a long time.

August 17th, 1966
Eclipse has displayed an interesting set of traits in the last three months, and have been working more closely with the Winter Soldier. Upon further investigation, it has been noted that there is a sexual relation between the two assets.
From the account of General Volkov, still unsure of what to do with the two interacting as so. Both Eclipse and the Winter Soldier have improved in physical, psychological and biomedical advancements. It remains curious that their relation is an improvement in studies.
However, still a new asset, Eclipse has yet to give foundations and must remain on a set 5 asset with high security. Both the Winter Soldier and Eclipse will remain under high security, and Eclipse will not leave the facility.
After questioning on the sexual relation, Eclipse has claimed that the relation is only expectant within confinement and should not negatively affect progressive outcomes. The act is currently under a no act agreement within the facility, and will change if outcomes deem necessary.
General Volkov personal note: "I doubt the sexual connection between Eclipse and the Winter Soldier is an 'eventuality', and suspect interest beyond personal on behalf of Eclipse. My concerns are not whether they screw each other, but if Eclipse has ulterior motives regarding the Winter Soldiers treatment."
Eclipse and the Winter Soldier will remain on close watch and deeper investigative questioning. Eclipse is due for reconfinement in the chamber in two months, report due before then.
