As a welcoming gift to Eclipse, from the new oversee over Project Eclipse - General Kuznerh, assigned in March of 1979- Kuzerh has ordered an additional spinal surgery. This was the eleventh surgery of Eclipse.
Eclipse remains compliant and responsive to Kuznerh and to alignment with the Winter Soldier Program. Eclipse withholds any participating information regarding the relation with the Asset, but has proven otherwise in the Asset's success on missions.

February 4th, 1982
Project Eclipse authority has been transferred from General Kuznerh to Commander Tarsov as a temporary hold while a General steps in, due to the unexpected death of General Kuznerh.
General Kuznerh was found dead two miles north of the facility, the body partially intact, extended limbs being eaten by wildlife. The body was identified two days after Kuznerh went missing by the medals on the General's jacket. The torso was still intact, and doctors were able to examine the body to determine the cause of death.
Medical examiners deemed that Kuznerh was still alive when outside. Kuznerh had been alive for several hours in the mountains and eventually died from being eaten alive. Examiners concluded that Kuzner suffered from long term heart failure, kidney failure, lung failure, internal bleeding and frequent brain aneurysms. It is inconclusive how the General survived such an extended period of time while freezing to death, and it is unsure whether he died from organ failure, freezing to death, or eaten alive.
It remains inconclusive as to who or what was the cause of the General's death, Eclipse reports it is due.
Eclipse, being the smartest engineer and doctor known to man, became the only suspect. After ordering five surgeries on Eclipse during his time at the facility, Kuznerh favored ordering surgeries purely for 'entertainment'. Kuznerh ordered a total of six spinal surgeries during their serving period for three years. This became the reason Eclipse would target Kuznerh, however, both Eclipse and the Asset were in Cryostasis during the time of death and have no possible way of committing the crime. Eclipse has been in hold since, but will be retrieved for another surgery.
The surgeries on the spine act as a reminder for compliance, and Eclipse has difficulty remembering submission. After this surgery, the twelfth, Eclipse will have a fully replaced and coated Thoracic section of the spine. Further surgeries will bleed into the Cervical and Lumbar sections of the spine, a limit of twenty five total before immobility overtakes Eclipse.
December 4th, 1982
Project Eclipse authority has been transferred from Commander Tarsov to General Altriz, no bystanding authority.
Being one of most precariously selected overseers for Project Eclipse, General Altriz has developed a new approach for Eclipse. Surgeries were no longer used as 'punishments' but more of milestones of strength training for Eclipse.
Altriz sees both the Winter Soldier and Eclipse as valuable assets and should both be trained under supervision and advancement.
A total of five surgeries or 'milestones' have been performed on Eclipse.
General Altriz remains the only overseer of Project Eclipse.
September 28th, 1989
Project Eclipse authority has been transferred from General Altriz to General Karpov, no bystanding authority.
Eclipse's late spinal surgery was ten months previous, and out of curiosity, Karpov ordered another surgery. That is a total of eighteen different surgeries spanning across the entire Thoracic portion of the spine and particle coatings on the Cervical and Lumbar vertebrae.
Karpov has overtaken all operations within the facility, resuming the role Black Star once held.
Precise watch and control will be set in place as Karpov reinstates the facility. Eclipse, previously holding 'self given' control, will no longer be the sole operator for the asset, and will begin to transition to a handful of doctors and engineers.
Transcription form journal of Black Star: "The initial idea of having a singular person oversee the neurological state of the asset was to prevent the technology and discoveries from reaching other countries. Expanding this team would create a potential threat of other countries recreating the program. Either becoming more successful in their feats, or more destructive as their trials fail. Extreme precautionary measures are to be taken to secure both the Winter Soldier Program and Project Eclipse. Keep both assets in containment within our own facility at all times to prevent them from developing enough of a conscience to fight back."

Project Eclipse has been discontinued.
Eclipse has been transferred to a facility in _______, and will be prepped to return to a separate facility in Germany to be buried. Eclipse will not be resurfaced until given explicit orders from one of the six people who know what the chamber will be.
All Eclipse records will be changed and will previous ones cease to exist.
General Karpov is the primary and only overseer of the Winter Soldier program.
