Eclipse has undergone surgery for the fourth time, under order of General Volkov. After a minor investigation, Eclipse has been confronted about the sexual relation between the asset, and has thus refused information.
As a convenient reminder for Eclipse, a surgery was scheduled, holding off sexual affairs between the two assets for a long time.

Project Eclipse authority has been transferred from General Volkov to Commander Coven, bystanding authoritative: Black Star.
As an account of Commander Coven, Eclipse has been pulled from cryostasis and will be assisting the Winter Soldier with two operatives. Retrieval date of both Eclipse and the soldier is set for May 10th, preparation as needed.
Underneath the previous commander, Eclipse has had approximately nine months total between sleep cycles. In this time, Eclipse's training has improved and disciplinary action has been used when needed.
Eclipse' compliance still remains unreliable, and has yet to accompany the Winter Soldier on missions, still a goal of Black Star. Due to previous encounters, Eclipse's restrictions remain on high alert. Soldiers and doctors must be paired for her references and diagnosis.
In recent light, Eclipse has been experiencing passive aggressive affirmation. Within smaller bounds and agreements, Eclipse has worked effectively and progressively towards discovery. Future reports will accommodate these bounds for the highest effective work from Eclipse .

March 19th, 1973
Project Eclipse authority has been transferred from Commander Coven to Colonel Pretrov, no bystanding authority. Pretrov holds all accountability and oversees Project Eclipse.
Eclipse has exceeded expectations and has developed tremendously in weapons design, biomedical engineering and neurological control of the Winter Soldier.
The Winter Soldier has performed with near perfect precision on tasks made possible by Eclipse. Their relationship remains sexual, and possibly consensual. Meaning, if their connection has improved mission diagnostics, it remains to be unbothered. It is highly dangerous to perform a surgery on Eclipse twice a year, especially if most of the time is being spent in cryostasis.
Careful monitoring must be set in place to avoid any accidental mistakes that cost either of the assets.
Both have been precariously retrieved, molded and crafted to achieve the feats the Winter Soldier achieves. Black Star is no longer in the picture, but will be deeply disappointed if he knew the assets were being wasted within a facility.
Precautions will be made accordingly.

July 11th, 1975
Eclipse has received the ninth spinal surgery, agreed upon by the Russian government. Eclipse is now being held in cryostasis until nerve and neurological damage sets in place to prolong suffering.
Eclipse has tested limits and ordered the Winter Soldier on a mission that was unapproved. The Winter Soldier was stopped in Washington DC, tasked with assaulting a government official and leaving Russian blueprints and emails to the U.S. The information was intended to start a war, being validated by a framed death by the Winter Soldier.
It is unclear how the asset followed through with the command being that orders only come from a singular person: Colonel Pretrov.
Upon return, the Winter Solider was ordered to torture Eclipse until information was provided. Eclipse admitted to changing the biomedical treatment the asset was receiving, which led the asset to believe the order was coming from the Colonel .
Eclipse received a hasty and sloppy surgery and was set in cryostasis to prolong the healing process.
