Chapter 12

Nicole's POV

When I wake up I am on a bed, but not in my cell. I am cleaned up from the blood and Carl is no where to be seen. I walk out to see Glenn. Man! He is sick? 

" Hey Glen!"

"Nicole! I see you are awake!"

"Yeah, I was wondering... Who brought me here? Do you know? I remember blacking out. Where's Carl?"

"Carl with the rest of the kids not sick. I do know who brought you here. I did" cough, cough,cough " I was coming here when I seen you surrounded with blood on the ground with Carl and offered to bring you" cough " here. Carl was really upset to find out you were sick."

"You shouldn't have brought me here" cough " you are sicker than me! Oh, and oh my gosh! Poor Carl!"

"No you are sicker than me! I haven't coughed up blood or passed out yet!" cough " some others went on a run for medicine. Hershel came in here even though he's not sick. He has tea and it helps a little, I already had some, but you need some. Go to your cell and I will tell him to check up on you and bring you some tea now that your awake."

"How long was I out for?"

"A couple days, now go rest."

"Okay."

I left and was laying down when Hershel came in. He gave me tea and told me to get lots of rest, so that's what I did.

Junior's POV

It has been a few days since my sister got sick. Some people went to get medicine, but they are taking a long time! Nicole needs medicine now! I decided to ask to go on a run with Rick and Carol. If only I knew I would have known what would happen, I would have stayed here...

Short update I know, but I wanted  to at least publish something! I have been busy. I had to go to Michigan for cheer nationals. It was in Grand Rapids. My team got 3rd!!
