Chapter V

Everyone was silent when we walked in the building. And every corner of it was familiar to me.

"In here Ms. Summers." The woman said leading me into an office. She made me sit on a comfy chair and asked if I wanted tea. "Do you want the usual Ms. Summers?" she said pouring hot water into a teacup.

"No I'm good, and by the way my last name is Walker".

___

She stared at me and left the room.

___

"Well that was weird." I whispered to myself and looked around the room. I noticed a folder on her table with the name Jesse Summers on it.

"Summers, wasn't that the name she was calling me?". Just when I was about to open the folder, someone walked in the room. It was Lucas.

"Lucas am I glad to see you. People here are acting really strange. Do you know them?"

___

"You need to get out of here" Lucas said as he grabbed my arm and pulled me to the door.

___

"I think I want to stay a while. I want to hear what they have to say."

___

"I wont let that happen. They're going to hurt you." He said gripping my arm even tighter.

___

"Please, I have to stay."

___

"Fine, but if something happens to you, well that's not my problem anymore."

___

"Bye Lucas." I said as I watched him walk away.

___

I sat on the chair and waited for the woman to come back. And finally she came in, along with the doctor, and the guy who brought me to the van.

"Ms. Summers this is Cole Hartman and Dr. Guerra. They were with you in the van." She said as she seated them on the chairs in front of me. "I'm Sarah Burke. I'm sorry if we frightened you earlier, we just really needed to talk to you. I'm sure you're a bit confused and afraid but you'll feel better once you hear the truth."

"What truth?"

She gave me the folder that I saw earlier.

"It's all in here."...
