Don't Tell Anyone At All

What Happened?

10 MINUTES BEFORE ASHLEY WALKED IN HIS ROOM

Stephen was in his room in the dark and he started talking to himself, it's like he just snapped out of nowhere.

Stephen: Stephen you are useless, you have no reason to be here. Why don't we just take a some med(s)  to help us to sleep?

Stephen: No I can't do that I might take so much til I'll never wake up.

Stephen: Don't worry about that, I promise that you will wake up because you can trust your best friend.

Stephen: So, where is the heroin and the needles.

Stephen: It's good that you trust me. Now walk to the piano.

( Stephen walks to the piano)

Stephen: And open the drawer.

(Stephen opens the drawer)

Stephen: Now take the needle and get the heroin and sniff it and take the needle in your arm... Just relax. Just relax.

(Stephen does everything his bad conscience says)

Author: And out of no where Stephen starts having a seizure and he falls hard on the ground and he starts having trouble breathing and he stops. 

(Sirens, Sirens, Sirens and the EMT's run in the house with Charles downstairs telling them to go upstairs)

Charles: He is upstairs 2nd door on the right. 

( They have him on a stretcher and roll him out of the house with a oxygen mask on his face and on EMT)

EMT: Only one person can ride in the ambulance.

Ashley: Charles ride and Brina and I will follow.

Author: Now Sabrina and Ashley are racing to be there for him and to meet them at the hospital and they did.

( Sabrina and Ashley are in the hospital looking for Charles and Stephen)

( They found Stephen in the waiting room for patients going in surgery)

Ashley: Charles. (Happily surprised)

Charles: Are you alright?

( Hugging Ashley)

Ashley: I'm fine what happen?

Charles: They are in surgery because he stopped breathing several times on the way here and they want to get oxygen to his brain and that's all they told me.

Sabrina: Is my brother going to be ok? Charles I am asking you a question.

Charles: Honestly I don't know. All I can say is that in the ambulance it didn't look good.

( Charles rubs her shoulder)

Ashley: Everything will work out.

( Sabrina starts crying and her mother hugs her and they all sit down)

Author: The surgery was 2 1/2 hours long, then Dr. Maxwell explained everything from there.

Dr. Maxwell: The family of Stephen Mackenzie?

Charles: We're here. What's wrong with my son?

Dr. Maxwell: Well the reason why surgery took so long was a few reasons 1. Stephen stopped breathing so we wanted to get oxygen to his brain, 2. He had blood clots in his body and the last reason is 3. He had an more than exceeding amount of heroin  in his system.

Ashley: When you say exceeding amount what do you mean? 

(Ashley stands up and walks to the doctor up tight)

Dr. Maxwell: He had enough heroin in his body to take down a horse, that is a lot of drugs especially if it's just one drug he could have overdosed. And the good news is we were able to keep him alive during the whole process and we are going to keep him in ICU but he is looking up.

Ashley: Do everything you can to keep my son alive.

Dr.Maxwell: Yes, ma'am.

 Ashley: Wait, Doctor can I see him?

Dr.Maxwell: Yes you can, just don't over ride him with talking, even if it's among yourselves. Understand?

Charles: We understand clearly.

( Everyone walks to Stephen's ICU room)

(Ashley breaks down and starts crying)

Ashley: Stephen.

Author: Stephen had a tube down his throat, many IV' s were attached to him and Ashley could not bear at him in that situation.

Ashley: I want to know why he did what he did? ( Looks at Charles an it starting to bother her that he is smirking)

Ashley: Sabrina can you go and wait in the lobby.
