"Oh! This is the one with the underwater city, right?!" Mei exclaimed, her eyes practically glowing with excitement. "It's incredible! I've been dying to see more of that miracle city."

"Same here," Melissa chimed in, her enthusiasm matching Mei's. "Even if the idea behind building Rapture was fundamentally flawed, you can't deny that the city itself is a masterpiece of architecture and science."

"Typical," Geten sneered, casting a contemptuous glance their way. "Of course, you'd be impressed by the surface-level spectacle of that city. I wouldn't expect anything deeper from simpletons like you. You can't begin to comprehend the vision of a true revolutionary. Re-Destro thinks in decades—his plans stretch far beyond your little marvels."

Hawks gave a short chuckle, tilting his head with a sly grin. "Oh yeah? Judging by the mess that city was in, I'd say your 'visionary' did a brilliant job... of letting a so-called miracle rot from the inside out," he said as Geten's expression darkened, his eyes narrowing into a murderous glare.

The scene picks up right where we left off. Izuku, breath ragged and heart pounding, has narrowly escaped Rikiya Yotsubashi's assault as he stumbles into the dimly lit foyer of the Medical Pavilion.

"Oh yeah, my counterpart did survive that attack from those horrible, zombie-like creatures," Izuku said thoughtfully, rubbing his chin. "Well... at least he's safe for now."

"'Safe' is a relative term, don't you think?" Momo replied drily, glancing at him from the corner of her eye. "For all we know, he could be ambushed again at any moment."

Izuku gave a small shrug. "I guess not having to fight for his life right this second does count as 'safe' in a place like this."

"Now you've met Rikiya Yotsubashi, bloody King of Rapture," Rayan's voice crackled through the static-filled radio clipped to Izuku's belt. "Now find your way to Emergency Access."

"Haha! I like the sound of that!" Re-Destro boomed with a haughty laugh, his eyes narrowing into a dangerous glint. "I sincerely hope my counterpart finds this man—Atlas—and gives him the slow, agonizing death he deserves for daring to lay a hand on our empire."

"You mean your dying empire?" Nemuri quipped, flashing him a smug grin.

"Stop pointing that out all the time!" Re-Destro exploded, his face turning red with rage. "It's only a matter of time before my counterpart captures that green-haired brat's counterpart, kills Atlas, and cleanses the city of all those vermin opposing the better future. Then he'll restore it to its former glory and rebuild society according to his vision, creating a true underwater utopia!"

"Yeah, suuuure~ that's definitely going to happen," Nemuri said, her voice dripping with sarcasm.

Izuku exhaled shakily and began moving forward. After a short walk, he reached the main entrance to the Medical Pavilion, where the walls were plastered with posters, all bearing the visage of Surgeon Dr. Kai Chisaki, overseer of the facility. [Dr. J. S. Steinman = Kai Chisak (Overhaul)]

"Huh. Looks like I'm part of this one," Kai muttered as he studied the posters of his counterpart on the screen. His eyes narrowed in thought. "Seems my counterpart held a fair amount of influence before that underwater city fell apart. Still... aligning himself with someone trying to infect a normal world with the disease of powers? Tch. Pathetic."
