Dan's POV

It had been three and a half weeks since Y/N and I had woken up in the same bed after spending the night dancing and drinking and had eventually kissed and expressed how we'd felt about each other and it had been amazing. Phil and I had taken her all around London, showing her all of our favourite spots to get coffee or to buy new books. She was amazing in every way and I could feel myself falling for her more and more every day. Unfortunately, the days were going all too quickly, we'd spent almost every day with her, the days she didn't spend with us were spent with Louise and Zoe. In three days she was heading back to Australia, without us and the thought of her leaving was absolutely killing me. We hadn't really spoken much more about her leaving because the thought had killed the mood on the occasions that is was brought up. We were out at some carnival Phil had wanted to go to and it had turned into kind of a double date with Y/N and Skye coming along. Phil and Skye were honestly an adorable couple and she reminded me of him in a lot of the things she did. For one, she refused to swear in public and came off innocent and sweet but the second she got her hands on a Mario cart controller she was aggressive and competitive, just like phil. She was about eight inches taller than Y/N with short, blonde, whispy hair and crystal blue eyes. I was so happy for Phil, I could tell how much she liked him by the way she looked at him and he clearly felt the same way. Y/N suddenly came around the corner shooting me with a Nerf gun before giggling and running off again. I ran to follow her before I was pelted with bullets by maybe twenty different people. As it turned out Y/N had gone around looking for all of my fans and gotten them to shoot at me. She's adorable, all I wanted to do was kiss her but we were still keeping our relationship on the down low and kissing her in front of fans might just kill that. Instead, I grabbed the closest Nerf gun to me and began shooting at her as she hid behind the fans. By the end we had ditched the guns and I'd wound up chasing her around the carnival to a closed off area around the back where they kept the animals when they weren't performing. No one was around so I wrapped my arms around her waist, still running and tackled her to the ground, landing on top of her and pinning her to the ground, trying to be as gentle as possible. Double checking that no one else was around, I leant down slowly, kissing her and releasing her hands so that she could wrap her arms around my neck. Couldn't I just keep her here forever? The last thing I wanted was for her to go back to a country on the other side of the goddamn world. After a few minutes we heard people running so we quickly got up and hid behind a wall, watching as a group of kids ran past to look at the horses. I looked down at her, she was so beautiful when she was happy and everything about her seemed to glow. We managed to find our way back to Phil and Skye who were holding hands and walking around. When we'd gotten all of our stuff together we headed back to the hotel that Y/N was staying at, she'd insisted earlier that she had to spend at least one night in her hotel so I walked her up to her room while Phil and Skye waited down stairs. I kissed her on the head and said goodnight, not wanting to leave her there on her own but giving up on pestering her to come back to the apartment. I kissed her on the lips and she wrapped her arms around my waist and whispered goodnight before turning around to go back into her room and closing the door.

Your POV
You'd been having so much fun with Dan, Phil and Skye, who was absolutely lovely and really liked Phil. Dan had been treating you like you were the most amazing and precious thing on the planet and you'd been spending everyday with him which was amazing but you couldn't help but think about how he would feel after spending everyday with you and then suddenly you weren't there anymore. You roamed around your hotel room picking up all of your things and folding them, giving up on cleaning after a few minutes and crawling into bed wearing Dan's Leonardo DiCaprio shirt and a pair of shorts and putting on a movie to watch while you fell asleep. How upset would Dan be when you left? You already knew how you'd feel, you missed him already and he'd been gone for no more than ten minutes. He made you feel human again, like someone actually cared and you could tell that he was happy that you were there, that things seemed to be worth crawling out of bed for.
Dan was doing a live show on YouNow tonight so you pulled out your laptop ready for when he started. A few minutes later his face appeared on your screen so you clicked on it and he was sitting there, looking like everything in the world was perfect. He was talking about the carnival and about how much fun it was having me here when one of the fans asked if he would miss me when I left. His face dropped slightly, not enough that a lot of people except the shippers would notice, but enough that you did. "Of course, having her here has been absolutely amazing and she really makes everything feel like home" was all he said on that subject, you sent him a text message say "don't be sad, I'm coming back for you."
After a few seconds he picked up his phone to see who it was a he blushed slightly and said "Y/N stop watching me!" and laughed.
You picked up your phone and sent him another message saying goodnight and shut your laptop, rolled over and fell asleep.
