“Who the hell are you and what do you want?!” Inuyasha yelled inpatiently. The strange demon looked around, then stared right at me. “I am the fire demon Shijiro. And I‘m here in search of a wife.” Shit. Kagome and Sango tried to hide it but they were enjoying this. And we had just made that stupid bet too. Damnit!
With a flash of movement, he was right in front of me. “You will become a fine bride.” “Um… You DO realize that I‘m a human right?” Minutes of silence and sweat drops later, he finally caught on. “Well… You‘ll just have to do…” “Hey you jerk, I‘m not just some- Hey!” He picked me up and hoisted me over his shoulder. “Put me down!” “Well, as fun as this encounter has been, I must take leave, and start the reproduction of my clan-” “WHAT?! Don’t I have some say in this matter?! HEY I‘M TALKIN TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” I yelled and squirmed, but his grip was pretty tight on my waist. Next thing I know, this girly guy began whisking me away. “Hey, where the hell do you think you‘re taking me?? HEY!-” “We‘re going back to my lair, where you will become my bride, and bare my childr-” “Oh HELL NO! NOT GONNA HAPPEN YOU CREEP!! PUT. ME. DOWN-” I was cut off by something hitting my head as he jumped up. “Uhh… Oops..!” I heard him state as the world around me became dark.
SESSHOMARU’S POV
“Lord Sesshomaru, where are we going? I‘m tired.” Rin asked, somewhat wineing. “Rin, Don’t speak that way to lord Sesshoma-” I cut him off by stepping on him. To be honest, even I didn’t know where we were going. I couldn’t answer that question even if I wanted to. Jaken was rambeling again and I couldn’t have cared less… Until I heard and smelled something familiar… Which was eminating from the being I have not been able to stop thinking about. “PUT.ME.DOWN-” we all heard. Her voice echoed throughout the canion. “That sounds like Na-chan!” Rin exclaimed. We all three looked up to see Yuna unconscious, and being carried off by some strange, low class demon. I was angered quickly, and followed the demon before thinking things through.
NO ONES POV
“I think Lord Sesshomaru is in love with Na-chan!” Rin exclaimed with excitement. “WHAT? Lord Sesshomaru? With a mere human? HA!” “Well you never know master Jaken. He could-” “You‘re imagining things!” “Oh really? If YOU were in trouble, he would simply walk to save YOU. But as soon as the thought of Na-chan in trouble crossed his mind, he took off as fast as he could! I‘m telling you master Jaken… He‘s in love! AWWW! How romantic!” she started humming and skipping along, then took a seat on a near by rock. “Well, we just have to wait for Lord Sesshomaru to get back.”

YUNAS POV
I woke up in this idiotic demon’s lair. It was inside of a mountain, and smaller than I imagined. “This is the first time I actually made it back here with someone! Yes! Go ME!” “Looks like I‘m loosin that bet…” I muttered. I stood up and made my way to the exit. “This has been fun, but I‘m so outta here.” “Wait! You‘re supposed to have my children!” “Ha! Sadly, that‘s not the first time I‘ve heard THAT. So bye bye-” “WAIT-” “HEY!” He reached out for me but then fell on top of me as I turned around. “Uhm…” He stated. “GET OFF ME!” I yelled. I started freaking out. This guy was stronger than he let on. I struggled to get up, but his arms were placed on my shoulders. “You‘re not going anywhere!” “Like hell I‘m not! NOW GET OFF!” Seriously, normally I’d be able to get away… For some reason, my body had a hard time fighting back. “Now, you will do as you‘re told and-” SLICE! Next thing I know, This Demon’s body was next to me, decapitated. “Uhmm….” I was a little freaked out, until I looked up. “Sesshy-chan!” I yelled. “Yuna. What are you doing h-” I cut him off by tackling him into a hug. “Thank you!” I exclaimed. I literally tackeled him to the ground. “Oh, uh… S-sorry about that…” I muttered after realizing that I was directly on top of him. I moved to get up, but, as one of his arms was propping himself up, the other crept around my waist. I stopped dead in my tracks, curious to what he was doing. We were so close that I could feel his hot breathe on my neck. I tried to back away at first, but failed, knowing that I liked being close to him. “S…Sesh-” I was cut off as his lips crashed against mine. After the shock subsided, I kissed back. Once we pulled away, I opened my eyes to something strange… Sesshomaru’s eyes… Were so calm, and at peace… Something I’ve never seen from him.
Once he stood up, he brought me up with him. He constantly had his arms around me protectively. “Well… What now?” I questioned. He seemed as if he were about to say something, but cut himself off. “Inuyasha‘s on his way. I‘ll leave you to him.” He began walking off, but I stopped him. “Wait.. That‘s it? No ‘I’ll see you later’ or ‘take care’ or anything? Just an ‘I’ll leave you to him?!’ And just what the hell is that supposed to mean anyways?! Am I such a hassel that you can‘t even… I’m not just some… URG! Never mind! JERK!” I yelled at the top of my lungs. “I don’t have time for this-” His monotone voice was cut off by me slapping him. “If I’m such a problem to you, then WHY THE HELL COME AFTER ME IN THE FIRST PLACE?!” I could hear my voice echo. He seemed taken back by the fact that I had actually just slapped him, and even yelled at him. “Hmph. I’m out of here.” I stomped of angrily, taking my leave from the cave and not giving him a chance to say anything further.
I walked, or more like stormed, down the cliff, which I ended up slipping down the rest of the way. I saw Inuyasha and everyone else, causing me to loose my balance. I ended up slipping, then rolling down the hill. Once I made it to the bottom, I did a good old face plant on the dusty trail in front of me. “Yuna?” I heard Kagome’s voice. I looked up to see everyone, including Koga and his wolfs there. Kagome and Sango had smirks on their faces from the bet, until they saw the expression on my face, and the smirks instantly dropped. “Yuna. What’s wrong?” I stood up and walked past all of them. “I don’t wanna talk about it.” I muttered, walking towards a lake. Was I just some burden that everyone pitied? I was just their bait after all. I sat on the edge of the lake, just thinking. The more I thought about what had happened earlier, the more frustrated I became. I felt myself pushing back tears. “Hey… You ok?” I heard an unfamiliar voice. I turned to see a wolf sitting next to me. I didn’t know where the voice came from, but I answered it anyways. “I’m fine. Just giving myself a reality check.” My voice was cracked, and it was obvious that I was upset. I layed down, and curled up a little. The wolf lay next to me, as we were joined by a couple more wolfs. I fell asleep, instantly feeling safe.
NO ONE’S POV
“What’s with her?” Inuyasha asked in a tone that was worried, but tried hiding it. “Should we go check on her?” Ginta and Hikaku asked. “I think she needs a little alone time right now. We can ask her about it later.” Sango stated softly.
Soon, everyone decided to get a move on to the next village, with Koga and his wolfs following. Naraku was close, and there was no telling when or if he would attack. “Shouldn’t we all be training in the meantime?” Sango asked. “Of coarse. I’m not letting that bastard Naraku over power me!” “Well. Should one of us get Yuna?” Kagome asked. While the two infatuated wolf demons began squabbeling over which one of them got to go get her, Inuyasha rolled his eyes, and did their job for them.
“Hey Yuna! Come on, let’s get goin!” He got no response. He made his way to the small clearing by the lake, to find Yuna sleeping peacefully and surrounded by wolfs. He sighed, smiling down at his friend, then hoisting her up onto his back.
“Wow. She fell asleep that quickly?” Koga asked a little surprised as they all began walking. “I think she’s upset about something.” Shippo simply stated. “When I get frustrated or sad about something, A nap usually makes me feel better.” He stated from Inuyasha’s right shoulder, as Yuna’s head was leaning against his left. “Well for now let’s just let her rest.” Kagome stated, making everyone keep their tone down.
What seemed to be an hour later, something strange happened.
“This is odd.” Miroku stated in a serious tone. Sango followed suit. “About time you noticed.” “Noticed what?” Kagome asked. “We’ve passed this area about four times already. And we keep ending up where we started by the lake earlier.” Inuyasha muttered. “Meaning, there’s a barrier.” Miroku added. Right after that was established, Sesshomaru made it onto the scene with Rin and Jaken. “And just what the hell do YOU want Sesshomaru?!” Inuyasha somewhat yelled angrily. “There’s a barrier preventing us from getting anywhere.” His brother replied bitterly, glancing towards Yuna, sleeping on Inuyasha’s back. Before anyone could wake her, Yuna yawned, making it obvious that she was awake.
