Summary: Team Flash vs. Meta army
Barry was the first to encounter an enemy. The first one to come his way was someone with the same body type as the bald man from before, but she was a female with buzzed-cut brunette hair. She was wearing what looked like a wrestling outfit.
Barry tried to punch her in super speed, and while it felt like he was hitting skin texture, it looked like he was hitting a wall. That was when Barry remembered the woman's file.
'Density enhancement' allowing the meta, Nadia Cole, to increase the density of her body. Causing each of her hits to feel like a wrecking ball just struck you, and at the same time makes her immune to any physical damage.
So, from Barry's perspective, the most important thing right now was to evade each of her hits and figure out a way to find her weakness.
Avoiding her punches wasn't too hard. Barry was trained by Oliver, and the man used all kinds of martial arts against him. Even with super speed, it's impossible to guess where all the next attacks will come from, and Barry learned that the hard way.
This woman, on the other hand, came from the wrestling scene, which means most of her moves involved punching as hard as she could once she found an opening. Something Barry could easily avoid with his powers, but that left both of them in a standstill. She couldn't land a hit on him, and all of his attacks were useless.
Barry could see from the corner of his eyes Frost fighting another female, who was dressed in what looked like a very exposing outfit as it only covered her chest, waist, and lap. All of the rest of her skin was exposed, and her long, blonde hair was tied in a high ponytail.
Frost shot a couple of icicles at her shoulders, but before the icicles could touch the blonde, they melted into steam. Frost frowned and shot a long wave of cold air toward her opponent only to be met with the same result. Hot steam filled the air between them.
Miranda Chase, she had the ability to release extreme heatwaves from her skin, which explains the outfit, Barry supposed. Though more importantly, it made her a great counter for Frost's ice powers.
The woman laughed, and her voice held a harsh edge to it as she mocked Frost. "For months I waited to see how the powers of the ice queen would hold against mine!"
Frost raised an eyebrow and asked, "Okay lady, what's your deal?"
The blonde frowned at Frost and spat, "My deal?! What's your deal, you man-stealing bitch!"
Frost blinked twice and asked in a very confused voice, "Umm... What the hell are you on about? The only man I've ever been with is the handsome speedster right there." She used her thumb to point at Barry.
The blonde seemed to only grow more and more angry, and she shouted at Frost, "Exactly! The Flash was supposed to be mine! We would have been perfect together. We are both so hot it would have burned any villain that got close." She finished in a dreamy voice.
Frost rubbed the bridge of her nose and said in an exhausted voice, "Look, psycho, you never even met him. He is a person, you know, and there is more than just liking each other's body to it. Plus, being rejected isn't exactly a good reason to join a madman that wants to destroy all life on the planet."
Okay, now Barry himself was getting annoyed. What did Frost mean by 'rejected'?! He never even met this woman, far less rejected her!
The heat meta growled back at Frost, "Easy for you to say, ice bitch. But after this, The Flash will finally notice me and realize what I did a long time ago, that..."
Frost cut her off with a growl of her own. "I've had enough of that." His fiancée raised her hands and thick, cold mist began to gather around them.
The delusional woman snorted and said mockingly, "Still haven't learned your lesson. Fine by me, the more I humiliate you, the more The Flash will love me later."
