Ares's Pov
We were going out.
Stiles, Scott and I were going out tonight.
Now, we're not going to a club or anything.
We're actually going to a party of a friend of Stiles's from when he was little.
From what Stiles told us her name is Heather and she and him were friends in nursery school. Even though she doesn't go to the same school as us her and Stiles still keep in touch with each other.
I gotta admit when I first heard about her I was a little jealous.
Considering Stiles never mentioned her to me.
But Stiles told me that she was just a friend.
I still didn't know how to feel but he told me that she knows about him being gay and having a boyfriend.
Heather was alright with it.
Actually, scratch that, she was ecstatic from what Stiles told me.
Not only that but she demanded he bring me to her party because she wants to meet me and get to know me better.
And, well, that's how I ended up getting dragged to this party.
Stiles dragged Scott too since he wants him to have fun.
Not only that but he thinks that bringing him to Heather's party will help him meet some girls so he can get Allison off his mind.
We stood together, with Stiles and I holding hands, as we walked down the street.
The neighborhood was quiet but, then again, Heather did live in a suburban area.
As we walked Stiles looked at Scott and I could see some annoyance flash in his eyes.
"What?" Stiles asked, making Scott look at him.
"What, what do you mean, 'what'?" Scott asked.
"I mean 'what', and you know what" Stiles said.
"What what?" Scott asked.
I swear if they keep on saying what I'm going to smack both of them.
"That look you were giving" Stiles told him.
"I didn't give a look" Scott argued.
"Oh, there was a distinct look, Scott" Stiles argued back.
"What look?" Scott asked.
"The look that says that the last thing you feel like doing right now is going to a party" Stiles said.
"It's not that. It just seems weird going to a different high school's party" Scott told him.
"Oh please. You just want an excuse not to go" I scoffed.
Stiles nodded at me before looking back at Scott with an exasperated look.
"God, one drink, alright. You'll be fine. I went to nursery school with this girl, ok. She promised to introduce us, especially you, to all of her friends" Stiles said.
I nodded and placed a hand on Scott's shoulder causing him to look at me.
"So tonight, no Allison. Tonight, you're moving on" I told him.
Scott frowned and looked at his phone and I could see from the corner of my eye Allison calling him.
Scott stared at his phone for a few seconds before ignoring Allison's call, stuffing his phone into his pocket.
