There are four members that make up the High Counsel each member has the power of a natural attribute. Shia has the power to manipulate fire from any part of her body, Maxwell has the power to control water, Adrian has the power to control rock, and Phoenix has the power to control weather. Some people say that the High Counsel have been around since the beginning of time but they are all wrong, some people say that the High Counsel where created, not born but once again, they are all wrong. The High Counsel where once regular people before they got their significant powers and created a group called the High Counsel. What people don't know is that Shia, Maxwell, Adrian, and Marissa already knew each other when they were regular people because they were all friends.
Maxwell grabbed a chair and sat next to Damien"Not trying to interrupt, but do you mind if we can get to the original topic?"Damien looked annoyed that Maxwell cut his conversation short but he knew thatMaxwell was right, so he got to the point. "Jacob, can you explain the types ofdreams you have been having lately?" Damien said with a hard look on his face.Jacob seemed unprepared for that type of question, knowing it was the mainfocus for today's interview. "Well Damien, every dream I have brings me back tothe day I touched the fifth key, but each one is a different section of the dayand at the end someone always seems to be saying to me, find the key, Jacobfind it before.." Jacob stops mid-sentence. "Find it before what?" Damien says."Find it before all hope is lost." Jacob says. Silence fills the air as theHigh Counsel and Damien think about what Jacob just filled their heads with, asAdrian gets up to stretch and looks over at Jacob "Sounds like a nightmare ifyou ask me." He says. "Good thing we wasn't asking you, huh" Maxwell adds. "Let'sstop it right here before it gets out of control again you two." Shia says. "Noware main focus is to find out the meaning of Jacobs dreams, Adrian do you thinkit's him?" Shia says. "Impossible it can't be him, I mean he cursed the key buthe couldn't have put his soul into it...could he?" Damien interrupts. "I think weshould take him to the experimental scientist, to get a better theory of the problem.""Smart idea." Shia implied. As Jacob, Damien, and the High Counsel walked downto the hallway to the experimenting room, Jacob overheard Shia and Adriantalking about Tambar so he sped up to Maxwell so he could ask some unansweredquestions. "Maxwell, can you inform me about this Tambar guy?" "Guy?" Maxwellchuckled "Well all I can say is that he aint no guy, Tambar is a god not to bereckoned with his power is uncontrollable, and his moods are unpredictable acombination like that would put the whole world in danger, so we had to containhim ha-ha project contain and conceal back in 2215, that's the year we did itwe had to come up with the plan took about 5 years, we didn't even think wewere going to be able to do it when the day came but then again we are the HighCounsel."
