Burn the bodies.
Cremation is the fastest and most complete way to dispose of the corpses of the undead. Any contact with the fluids of even a motionless zombie corpse can cause infection! Be safe and burn the bodies, but not stupid. Keep the blaze controlled! An out of control blaze can trap you in an undead city! And as always, watch your back, the sound of the fire could attract more undead, the blaze could attract living threats like bandits.
