I lay surrounded by at least a dozen blankets, suffering from a cold. Tired as hell, I moved trying to get comfortable from the few hours sleep I had managed to catch the night before. I couldn't breathe, my nose was blocked even from countless efforts of clearing it, tissues littering my bed as a result. I hated this time of year. Its always bitterly cold, warmth was almost near impossible.
I was so distracted by my miserable thoughts, I hadnt noticed my boyfriend waltz through the door of my dark room.
"What are you doing here?" I asked with a rough voice.
"Lydia told me you were at home sick so I brought you these," Liam smiled before holding up a plastic bag full of stuff.
"You didn't have to," I smiled softly, moving to sit up on my bed.
"What kind of boyfriend leaves his girlfriend all alone and miserable especially on a day like today," he said, moving to slip in the bed.
"What did you bring?" I sighed quietly.
"I brought soup, pain killers, your favorite movies.." Liam trailed off, taking each one out of the bag.
"You seriously didn't have to," I smiled looking down at the contents littering my bed.
"I did," Liam said moving in for a kiss, before I held out a hand, stopping him.
"You're going to get sick Liam," I intervened.
"I'm a werewolf remember Y/N," he stated.
"I knew that," I blushed before he tilted my head and placing his lips on mine.
"Well, I'm going to start on the soup, why don't you pop in a movie and we could cuddle all day?" Liam suggested, a small smile playing on his lips. He walked out of the room before I had the chance to agree.
The rest of the day was spent cuddled up to Liam's side, him feeding me soup, as we watched Marvel movies.
Maybe being sick isn't so bad after all.
