Darcy's Gift

I woke up and screamed. Percy woke up at my screaming and rushed across the cabin to see what was wrong. "Whoa girl what was it?" He asked as if he had gone through the same thing. I started to cry and he wrapped he arm over my shoulders. I couldn't force myself to even talk. I looked at him straight in the face with my puffy eyes and I saw that he understood. "Ah the dreams I should have warned---" He was interrupted by a loud pound on the cabin's front door. "I'll go get that," he said getting up. "It's a package!" He yelled across the cabin, "And it's for you, Darcy!" Huh, I thought to myself, Aunt Katherine doesn't love me enough to send me anything. He plopped the sealed cardboard box down on my lap. As I opened the package my eyes grew to the size of saucers.  Before I removed the last bit of twine that bound the box together I knew what was being held inside. "My Diary" I said thinking it was to my self. "What's in your diary?" Percy said with curiosity. I looked up, even more red faced then before. "All of the monsters I've encountered I've documented in here. I have them all names" Percy tried his best not to laugh. I punched him. I feel like that's becoming a problem. Another pound was heard on the door. "COME IN!" I screamed. The centaur walked in. "Hey, Horse Dude!" He gave me a stern look. "Percy" he started "Please get Darcy a fresh set of clothes and get her fitted for a sword, her training starts tomorrow" "Sure thing" Percy answered and then turned to me. The horse man galloped ever so freaking loudly out of the cabin.  "That's Chiron by the way, not Horse Man or Horse Dude----" "THATS CHIRON!!!!LIKE THE CHIRON? LIKE TEACHER OF ALL THE GREAT HEROES?!" "Yes calm down you freak! One of the kids from the Ares cabin will hunt you down!" Just then out of a shimmery tuft of air Annabeth appeared. "How long have you been here?" I said a bit startled "Long enough," Pervert, I said in my head.  "Alright Percy you ready to go?"
