AN: So in college today we had to write limericks. And I thought you guys might like to check it out. They are pretty fun.
So here are the basics.
To writing a limerick
The 1st 2nd and 5th line
Must rhyme
And the third with the fourth isn't that sick?
Also limericks aren't always very serious or anything so they are a bit silly. But great fun to write! >.<
One:
Marie once liked a guy
He was the apple of her eye
But she found out one day
That he was very gay
So now all she does is cry
Two:
A fish wanted to learn how to float
So he tried imitating a boat
Suddenly he swam
To a place more glam
Turns out he was bored
Three:
Last night in my head
I dreamt my eyes were red
Haters said I was going to hell
When I heard the ringing of the bells
I woke up in my bed
Four:
I dyed my hair dark green
Wanting to look like an elfin queen
But the queen got frantic
Sent her guards to stop my antics
So now I know she's mean
Five:
Dolly once saw a guy
Who looked like an anime character we like
So we stalked him
And scared him
And he avoided us till he died
Six:
I once had a cat
He sat on a mat
All through the day
He only plays
So I made him wear a hat
Seven:
(okay seven needs some background info. There are two boys in my class named Satya and Paul. Satya is stick thin and Paul is a bit heavily built. And in the class in which we wrote these they were sitting together wearing matching clothing!! No, I'm not making it up. Yeah and also there is an Indian designer called Satya Paul)
Satya and Paul
Had been through it all
Thick and thin
Each time they win
Till they were up against SATYA PAUL.
Eight:
Worse than the tumbler
Is the website Tumblr.
We stay there all day
While our time away
Till our mothers become grumblers.
