As the days passed by the pranks came coming again and again. Louis didn’t give up on trying on pranking me, but he never once succeeded. There’s this one when he tried to put flour on a bucket above the door frame so if I open it I’ll drown in a powdery entrance. Well, he failed. Guess who walks in on the right timing? Taylor. She was beyond mad and never stops complaining on how flour takes time on removing it on her hair.
“It’ll be three days to remove this dirt!” She shouted at Louis which only made Louis rolled his eyes.
“Sheez! Live a little!” He said as he cross both his arms on his chest as he continues on glaring at her. They have a five minutes glaring contest before Taylor stomps her way upstairs for a bath.
When she’s out of the room, both Louis and I shared a fistful of laughs. We were like retarded seals laughing and clapping our hands at the same time. We sat on the couch settling ourselves down but before you can even finish saying ‘cat’, we started laughing again.
“I must say, you did a really great job on that prank.” I said wiping the happy tears in my eyes.
“Louis is my name and pranking is my game.” He said and winks at me only leading us to laughing again.
“I think I’ll give you a point this time even though you didn’t succeed on aiming your prank to me.” I said as I stood up on the couch and went to the kitchen.
I still hear Louis whining on how come he still can’t prank me on my way to the kitchen. As I make my way on the kitchen I started humming a tune I don’t even know. It was a song I heard somewhere but fails to remember the title.
Liam and Harry were in a deep conversation when I came in the kitchen. I wave and smile at them once they saw me. When they notice me walk in, their conversation change, it was suspicious at first but I let it slide.
“Do you guys want to watch a movie later?” I ask them as I drank a glass of orange juice and get a bag of chips. They both look at each other and sighed.
“Sorry Flor but I’m going to take Danielle on a dinner tonight.” He smiles at me as he rubs his neck. I understood him since I know it’ll be months since they’ll see each other again. Danielle was busy and Liam was too. Tours and the upcoming album are keeping them apart. But distance will only make them more love each other. Distance can’t separate one’s relationship.
“Actually...I already had plans for tonight.” Harry said looking down at the table, never giving me an eye contact.
And again, he has plans.
I’ve been asking him from day one on this vacation to at least spend a day with me, his best friend, but he always has other plans. I never give up on trying on asking him but he’s just too distracted. From the moment I step in this beach house, Harry and I haven’t spent any time together nor even talk or chat at one another. Even if he’s just around the corner, it’s too hard for him to reach out, now that he’s too occupied.
