Flashback // Junior Year February 16, 2014 ~ Hawaii

"Yes mom, we'll be extra fine. Dinah's family are there" I told my mom on the phone as I was ready to go into the plane. "Okay Mija, just please watch yourself. You, Camila, and Dinah"

My mom is cute sometimes. This is my first time going on a trip without her. Even without family. It's just me, Dinah, and Camila. If Dinah did not have any family there, my mother would never have allowed me to go, only if I was 18 or older.

I like to be by the window, so it was me, Dinah, and then Camila. I took an hour nap I'd say, but Dinah was sleeping. She loves her sleep, so never wake her up unless it's important. Camila and I were taking photos with Dinah while she was asleep.

We arrived in Honolulu at exactly 6 AM. Luckily Dinah woke up herself cause neither of us wanted to do that. We grabbed our luggage at the baggage claim area and called a cab.

"You guysss, I'm so excited to take you everywhere" she was so jumpy. I think Camila and I should be the jumpy ones, since it's our first time here.

"Dinah, you don't have your license yet" she pouted "I know" I rubbed her shoulder. "Don't worry, I'll take you wherever you want to go"

I was the only one with a license, so I would be the one to mainly drive everywhere. We weren't staying with her family, we got a hotel in Waikiki. I think next week we will stay with her family, since we get the hotel for a week only.

We checked into our hotel, we got the beach view. I was excited, I know, why am I excited about a hotel room? Well that's the best part for me when I go on trips.

There was only 2 beds, but 3 of us. I called the bed by the window. "I guess you two have to see who gets the other bed, or one of you can share with me, or you two can share with each other" they both looked at me then back at each other.

"Mila, you can have the bed, I'll share with my bestie Lolo" she smirked while walking towards me holding her arms up to hug me. "Fine Dinah, I guess we can share" Camila was laughing and I smiled at her.

This past week was amazing, I've never been so in love with a place in my life. Yeah, I probably am because Camila is with us. She makes this place 10 times more beautiful.

We are now in our second week in Hawaii and today, I think we're going around the island. We are in Laie staying with Dinah's family, and they are so wonderful. We had to share the guest room though. Luckily that room was huge, no bed though. We have to sleep on the ground full of blankets and pillows.

I didn't mind it at all. We took off to Kahuku to get some shrimp at Giovanni's. Dinah was telling us all about it back at home. But I have to see how good it actually is.

"Camz, I am buying you a plate. You aren't going to starve yourself today girl" she pouted "Fine, I'll get one" she's cute when she's like this. We all got the number 1, and the verdict is that I love it.

I think I'll be going here from now on. "So what Mila, how is it?" me and Dinah watched her eat her shrimp. "Fine, I love it" we laughed, "I told you so" she hid her face and ate more.

She wasn't paying attention, but I just sighed that she was too adorable. Dinah noticed since she was looking at me smiling. I can't help what I feel for Camila. Anything she does, I smile. She'll drink her soda, and I'd smile.

We were at Waimea beach, luckily no one was there. It was about 12:30, so people were probably at work, and the teenagers were at school.

Camila is a big rebel, so Dinah told her to jump off the rock. Like that, she got up and went for it. "Watch me" was what she said when she walked away. I didn't think she'd actually to it, but she did.
