I got up at exactly 7 in the morning, no idea why I woke up so early. But I was excited because tonight is Winter Formal. Also because I can't wait to see Dinah. I opened up my text messages, and opened up Dinah's.

Me: Goodmorning ☺️

I didn't wait for it because on the weekends, she sleeps till 12, but she wakes up early if it's important, like I said before. I turned on my speakers and blasted some Nicki Minaj and put it on shuffle.

I listen to that kind of music when I'm either getting ready, or when I feel like dancing. I was in the mood to dance while getting ready. After showering and putting on my make up and shit, Natalie La Rose started playing 'Around The World' that's me and Dinah's jam, so I turned it up to max volume.

"Someone can't wait to see Dinah huh?" Chris stood by my door, scaring the shit out of me. I paused my music and couldn't help but smile. "Is it obvious?" he smiled too.

"I'm glad you're happy Lauren, especially with Dinah. Let me know when the wedding is okay" he walked away and I couldn't get that smile off my face. He was right, she makes me all kinds of happy, and I love it.

I laid my dress out on my bed, something I know would catch her eyes when she see's me in it, or I hope so.

D: So, what time shall I pick u up?

Me: Seriously right!? 😁 I thought I was picking you up? 😯

D: Not today sweetcheeks, I am 😈

Me: Okayyyy 😁

D: Be there at... 4?

Me: Alright, I'll be waiting

D: 😊

I plopped on my bed on my back, grinning. She's cute, sweetcheeks? I like it. I don't know my nickname for her. All that was going through my mind was Dinah. I love Dinah, but I still have to figure out what love means between the both of us.

Dinah's always been like this since forever, but I guess it feels different. Can she stop being so adorable? Like on a daily basis, she just makes my cheeks hurt from smiling a lot.

I went on my macbook to go on tumblr to take up time. I saw a lot of cute quotes that reminded me of Dinah, so I reblogged it. It suddenly came to my mind that someone that Chris knows got a candid of when Dinah asked me to Winter Formal.

Me: Chris, can you send me that pic that your friend got of me and Dinah?

CJ: On it.

I decided to do a post. I mean, Dinah hardly goes on tumblr, so she won't see this.

Hey there followers,

This was an eventful day for me at school, this was about 2 weeks ago, taken by my brothers friend. I really like this photo a lot because he caught this moment. I really love candid photos because it's unplanned, and this was a perfect shot. Dinah's smile is so bright and beautiful, her dimples make her look extra cute. And my reaction to her, this looks like the moment the groom see's his bride on their wedding day.

This girl has been in my life for as long as I can remember. She has always been by my side through everything. And she's always kept me safe no matter what. I've never been in a relationship and she's changed that for me. Tonight is Winter Formal, and we're going to have an amazing night.
