I really didn't have any idea of how to tell my mum that Victoria was pregnant. We had decided that each had to tell their own family that we were having a baby but I still didn't know how to tell my parents. Victoria had already told her parents and her mum was really surprised about it, the way she told them was typical of her; she just straight up told them 'I'm pregnant'. But I can't do that, I want it to be original. My mum asked me to come with her to the mall so she could buy something for Victoria's birthday since she really had no idea what to get her. We were walking past a baby shop and my mum stopped me, dragging me inside with her. "Look at all these clothes, Lucas. When are you guys having a baby? I want a grandchild!" She said and I chuckled, shrugging a bit. "I don't know, mum. Probably you should wait about nine months, my baby isn't ready to come out just yet" I said and smiled hoping that she got the hang of it. I looked at her as she stopped walking and chuckled at the look she gave me. I could tell that she was surprised and excited at the same time once she caught ahold of what I meant to say. "Are you serious? Lucas Robert Hemmings, you better not be messing with me" she said and I chuckled, shaking my head. "I'm not messing with you, mum. I'm serious" I said with a wide smile and she immediately wrapped her arms around me, hugging me tightly. I could tell that she was going to cry of excitement, she was the emotional kind of person. "My baby is having a baby!" She said and looked at me, smiling wide. "Oh my god, we have to buy clothes for your baby" she said and started going around the baby store, taking every neutral colour onesie she could find. I really regret telling her while being inside a baby store but I don't regret telling her the news, at all. I knew that tonight I was going to get home with tons of bags with baby clothes from my mum.

Telling my parents and Mali that Mackenzie and I were having a baby was probably the first thing I wanted to do after Mackenzie and I found out she was pregnant. I didn't really know what would be a good way to tell them so we decided that we should probably gather both our families in a small reunion and tell them straight up that we're having a baby. Since our families weren't huge and we only decided to invite our parents and Mali, we organised a barbecue in our backyard. It wasn't big or small, the backyard, but it'll do. As soon as my parents and Mackenzie's parents got here, they started making up theories about why we gathered them here. "Mum, can't Calum and I organise a family reunion for no reason?" Asked Mackenzie as she walked outside with the plates to set the table. I chuckled a bit and looked at my mum, knowing that she was a part of those theories as well. "You can, but Calum is not the type to organise these. He's the kind to only attend to them" said my mum and I rolled my eyes slightly. I looked at Mackenzie with a smile and she nodded, letting me know that we should probably tell them already. I knew that Mali wasn't currently in Sydney so I might as well tell her later. Mackenzie walked towards me and wrapped an arm around my waist as I wrapped an arm around her shoulders and kissed the side of her head. "You're right, mum. We have something important to tell you" I say with a smile and looked down at Mackenzie. She smiled back at me and took a deep breath before looking back at both our parents to tell them. "Calum and I are expecting a baby" she said with a wide smile. The first thing I heard was my mum's and Helen's squeal in excitement before they went to congratulate us. My dad and Joel kept it short with a 'congratulations' and a shake of hands along with a hug. Both our parents were really excited about our news and I couldn't be any more happy. This was all so amazing and I couldn't wait to have our baby in our arms already.

Hope and I were really excited about having a baby and both of us wanted to tell our families right away but we decided to wait a couple days. Since my mum was already a bit suspicious about Hope's symptoms and she probably already told my dad, we decided that we would tell Elliot first. We invited him over for a cup of coffee and just talk for a bit, since Hope and I hadn't really seen him in a couple weeks, and Hope decided to bake a bun just for the occasion. As soon as Hope but the bun in the oven, Elliot knocked on our front door and I rushed to get the door. I greeted him and let him in before Hope went rushing to hug her brother. I smiled slightly and then walked with Elliot and Hope to the living room. About twenty minutes after Elliot arrived, the house was starting to get filled with the amazing smell of bread in the oven and I couldn't help but smile. It smelled absolutely delicious. "Oh, it smells like someone's got a bun in the oven" said Elliot and I laughed a bit at the irony of that statement. But apparently Hope didn't think that he was talking about the actual bun and her eyes immediately went wide open. "How did you know? Is it that obvious? Oh god, I'm getting fat aren't I?" Asked Hope and I face palmed myself, chuckling a bit at her reaction. I rub her waist softly as my hand was on her waist and peck her cheek softly. "He's talking about the actual bun you're baking, in the actual oven" I said and chuckled as her cheeks reddened a bit. Elliot looked at us with a confused look on his face as Hope covered her face with her hands. "Um, guys, is there something going on?" He asked and I chuckled a bit, nodding slightly and looking down at Hope. "Yes! I just blew the whole surprise" she said as she uncovered her face and giggled softly. "There's a bun in the oven" she explained and pointed to her stomach as I placed my hands there, a smile on my face. Just hearing her say that made me really excited for the whole thing. Elliot's expression went from confused to surprised in a millisecond and smiled widely at us. "Are you guys serious?!" He asked surprised and we both nodded. "This is great news! Congratulations!" He said as I pulled away from Hope to let Elliot hug her.

The news about having a baby with Spencer were simply amazing and neither of us could wait to tell our families. I told my mum and siblings first and they were all so excited about the news; my mum was telling all of her friends, including the guys' mums, that she was going to be a grandma and it was all over Lauren's snapchat history for the past three days, all of her captions had 'Auntie Lauren' at the end. Since Tony's birthday was coming up in a couple days, we decided to give him an early present with the news that Spencer and I were having a baby. We agreed that we would meet at a small diner near Tony's shop because of two reasons: 1. I didn't want to be spotted and 2. Tony said he had a lot of work to do. Spencer and I got to the diner at the time we had agreed and we both only ordered something to drink. About five minutes later, we noticed Tony walking in the diner in his work overall and greeting everyone, from the chef to the waitress and a few costumers there. "Hey, Bob. How's it going? Your car is almost ready, just a few final touches" he told a guy, sitting at the bar with a cup of coffee in his hand. The guy, whose name was apparently Bob, thanked him before Tony made his way towards our table. He took a seat across from us in the booth after pecking Spencer's cheek and shaking my hand and ordered a cup of coffee. "How are you two?" He asked with a polite smile and looked at both of us. "Good" said Spencer and looked up at me. "Great, actually" she corrected. Tony looked at us and nodded before thanking the waitress for his coffee and taking a sip of it. "So, what is this important thing you had for me?" He asked and Spencer took out from her purse a medium box, wrapped in some birthday themed paper and a red bow. She handed it to him and then took my hand underneath the table, interlocking their fingers. "We got you a present" she said and smiled. "We know your birthday isn't for a couple days more, sir. But we really couldn't wait to tell our families" I said with a smile and Tony nodded before opening the box. He looked at the mug as he took it out of the box and as soon as he read what it said, his eyes started to get watery. "I'm going to be a grandpa?" He asked with a wide smile as he looked up at us and Spencer nodded. He covered his face as a tear rolled down his cheek and chuckled a bit shaking his head. Tony looked up at us as he wiped his tears away and smiled widely. "This is the best birthday present I could've ever gotten" he said and then stood up to congratulate us with a hug.
