FOR MANY PEOPLE, growing up means growing apart. In some cases, it's just easier to try to forget than go through the strenuous labour of forgiving, and that's how it is in Lou's case.
She likes her little life of running a pharmacy and living with her boyfriend. It's simple, yes, and if you told her five years ago this was all she'd ever amount to, she probably would've tried to stab you, but it's peaceful. Peaceful is a rare thing in an apocalypse.
But when a group of outsiders manage to intercept one of their patrol shifts in search of vengeance, with that same dad and same dad's boyfriend caught in the middle of it, Lou Zhenya will never know peace again.
