I was sakeing awake by someone "are you ok?" Someone asked I didn't know what was happening so I didn't answer. "Is she ok?" I hear someone eles say "I don't know she won't answer me, Nene are you ok?" I finally snap out of it and see three worry people looking at me it was pony,soda, and Darry. "Are you alright?" "Yeah" I say but my voice sounds weak "what happened?" "You were scearming no please no" it then came back to me I had a dream where pony marryed his girlfriend and I was at there wedding screaming no please no but nobody was listing to me. "I'm alright" I say "you don't look so good" pony says I shot him a dirty look because well because I didn't know why. "Go back to sleep" soda said I sake my head no "why?" Darry asked I didn't want to answer because my answer was that I'm in pony bed and it reminds me of when he use to hold me when I had a bad dream. It also makes me remember that passionate kiss we had before I left for new York. But I answered
"I'm not tired" which was a lie, I'm so tried but I need a reason to stay awake. I look around the room for no reason then I look at soda and Darry because I just can't look into ponyboy beautiful eyes. "What time is it?" I asked "5:23 am" Darry said I look out the window to see it was still dark I then got a idea "I'm going to see the sun rise" I said and got up. I then walk around the guys. And down the stirs. Then I walk to the side of the house and find Darry lader  I use it to climb to the roof. As I was watching the sun raise I didn't even notice someone come up and put a blanket over my shoulder. "Its just so beautiful" I said "yeah" pony said I whipped around "what are you doing here!" "I came here to talk to you" "well not anymore I'm getting off the roof" I said and a smirked came to his face "can't I knock it down" he said "no I could jump". A worryed look came to his and he said fast "No! Don't you could break your neck!". I was never going to jump but I did wanted to see what pony would say. I sat a good distance away from pony "ok I'm here talk" "why have you been avoiding me?" I couldn't help my self I burst out laugh and I lost my grip on the roof. I was about to fall over the edge but pony grabbed my hand when he did I felt warm and happy but that moment only lasted until I had my grasp back on the roof. I sigh "because" I said "because what?" "Because you got your self a new broad ok!" I spit out when I said this a look of surprise came to his face so I continued "we made promises! We both agreed to do things. I kept my part!, but you didn't"  "Nen-" "no don't say anything, you can't fix this" I snapped I then added "pony the thought of coming back to you was one of the only things that kepted me going in new York, I just wanted you know that." I said and walk over to the leader I knew pony wasn't cleaver enough to knock it down and I never head it fall. I climbed down and walk into the house and went into the kitchen. I got out some cake and sat on the couch to watch Micky Mouse after I'm done with my cake I fall asleep.
I wake up who know how many hours later but I just see everybody doing a bunch of nothing. That broad is here though but there no pony "how you meet him?" I said before I realize I said it she smiled and I couldn't help my self "don't smile, your smile is ugly" she was a little shock when I said this and then she went "I won't as long you try to do something with your ugly face" "really I was trying to look like you today" I said "if my face is ugly then why am I pony girlfriend and you not" this bitch. "Please your just a replacement bitch" "so your were a bitch if I'm a replacement bitch?" "No I wasn't a bitch because your such a big bitch no one can compare to you". She then came to me and slapped me I smiled because this was what I was waiting for. Instead of frighting like a bitch I just punched her and she fell down. She grabbed her nose I didn't care I turned towards the door and to my dismay pony was standing there. I just walk pashef him and out of the door. I walk to the park and sat by a tree. After a little while I see a group of four socs coming over to me I didn't care. When they got to me I was surprise I knew one of them I think but I don't remember his name. The soc I thought I knew also look like he was trying to remember something after a monument it hits me I know who this guy is now "Mathew!" I blurted out. It was Matt but he was taller and a little more better looking than before. "Mariah" he said his voice was more deep and god was it sexy. I then realize something "Wait! You were going to jump me!" I blurted out again. Matt doesn't say anything but one guy does "Matt you know this greaser?" Matt cleared his throat and said "I do know her so you guys need to leave her alone".
"Really huh, maybe we ought beat you up with her. Right guys"
The other socs nod or said yeah. "Fine by me" Matt said and punch the main guy. One then pulled out a switch blade and the other one came over to me and I knee my in the head. He fell down but got back up and punched me I punch him back . He pulled his arm back but before it made contact with my face Matt pulled him back and the guy took off. Matt and I then stood there kinda awkward with two soc passed out behind us. I notice he had a long cut on his chin I went up to touch it but I ended slapping him. He doesn't say anything about it because he deserves it. "You know you had that coming you were going to jump me" "yeah I know" I smiled "but you also deserve this for saving me from your self" I hugged him he hugged back.
"I didn't know you were back" Matt said as we walk to his car "yeah but stuff just been going on " "You still with pony?" "No not at the moment" Matt smiled "so where are we going?" "The curtis house" he nodes and started the engine it sounded the same as it did a year ago but this time he's old enough to drive.
"Matt I notice something bout you" "really what?" "Your still stupid but your also new and improved" we both laughed as we get to the curtis house. We walk in laughing I see pony broad holding napkins to her nose. I get the first aid kit and clean Matt cut and put a bandaid on it. I look over to pony and he's giving Matt a disgusted/dirty/hateful look. I take note of how his broad is trying to talk to him but he's paying attention to me and Matt. I'm going to hate my self for what I'm about to do. "There you go all better" I said after I was done with his cut he smiled "well thanks but do I get anything in return for letting you treat my cut?" I really wanna to slap him but I needed to do this "I don't know you almost jumped me didn't you" I said Matt was supposed to say something back and then I was going to kiss him to make pony jealous but that plan fell apart when pony heard what I said. "What! You tried to jump her!" Matt turned to face pony "it none of your business what happen so go back to your broad " pony was really anger it look like he could kill Matt at any moment I saw it in his eyes. "It is my business what happens to her!" Me and the broad was surprised he wasn't mad about Matt calling his girl a broad (even though she is in my openion) but he was mad bout him almost jumping me. "Really tell me how!" Matt said getting up pony got up too "because!" "Um......pony he called me a broad aren't you going to say something?" His broad asked but he didn't answer her."Why she's not your girlfriend!" Matt yelled at him pony losted it he tackled Matt even though Matt was a little taller than him. Pony took the first swing on Matt his fist made contact with his jaw. Matt threw pony off and he punched pony in his jaw also but he also kneed him in his gut. Ponyboy had to take a moment to recover but he was back throwing punches  and Matt returned pony punches. I was afraid they would kill each other but luckily the gang came in and steve and Dallas grabed pony and Darry and Two-bit grabbed matt. "This ain't over!" Pony yelled at Matt as they took matt outside but before they did Matt yelled "I'll get you greaser!". I felt hot tears of angry and sadness riseing because this is all my fault! I look over to pony he was beat up and it was alful I couldn't stand there I made a ran for the door I was outside when soda caught me I squirmed but I couldn't get loose "let go!" "No you need to clam down"
