Maybe I Should Just Admit It

After I talked to Leah for a while I went into the room I would be staying in. I changed into comfortable clothes and got under the covers. I fell asleep quite easily.

"Riley." I heard someone say. I just groaned. "Riley!" The same person said a little louder and shook me.

"What." I finally asked.

"It's Chris, and you've gotta get up so we can go." I love Chris' voice it's so calming and soothing.

I got up and got some clothes out of my suitcase and I quickly changed. When I turned around I saw Chris just standing there.

"Um...sorry I didn't mean to...I'll just go." Chris was now blushing...hard, and I giggled.

"No Chris please stay, or give me a piggy back ride downstairs." He just laughed and got in front of me and crouched a little.

I jumped onto his back and he started to leave my room. "My phone." I said.

"I have it in my hand you weirdo." He laughed and showed me it was in his hand.

"Oh...ok" I giggled.

When we got downstairs Leah and Crawford were already waiting for us. "Well it took you long enough." Crawford joked.

"Are we going to go or not!" I shouted excitedly.

They all nodded and Chris continued to carry me all the way to the car. When we got to the car he put me down and opened the passenger side door for me. "Why thank you" I said and fake bowed

"Why you're very welcome." He fake bowed back, and we both laughed hysterically.

Chris got in the drivers sided, and started the car. Soon we were off.

When we got to the ranch Chris opened my door for me. "Thank you" I said.

"You're welcome" He smiled his perfect smile.

We all walked towards the door, but we were stopped by a girl. "Hey y'all you must be the Leah" she said and shook Leah's hand, "and you must be Riley." She shook my hand. "Follow me to your horses they're already ready for y'all." We followed her around the stables. We went behind the stables and there were four horses there.

"Crawford you're riding Cole, as usual. Chris you're riding Pitch, as usual. Leah you're riding Lily. And Riley you're riding Snow." When she said the names of the horses she pointed to them.

We all mounted our horses and we were off, again. Crawford and Leah took off like a bullet, and Chris and I took it slow.

While I was riding I had time to think. I thought maybe I should just admit it. So, after a while of debating with myself I decided I should just admit it.

"Chris?" I stopped my horse and looked over at him. He did the same.

"Yeah" he seemed really focused on me.

"I...."
