*Chris's POV*
I kept checking my phone every two seconds and kept seeing all the hate comments on me and Crawford's pages. I didn't know what was going to happen when Ri got to school or even got home. I don't want her to have to deal with this.
Five minutes later I got a text it was from Ri.
(R=Riley C=Chris)
R - Hey I'm getting really bad hate, and I know that you're getting hate too, so I'm sorry I can't deal with the hate right now and I don't want you to deal with it either so I'm breaking up with you again I'm sorry.
I just couldn't process what I had just read. It took me a few minutes to respond, but I understood why she was doing this.
C - I know I can't deal with it either and if this is what you truly want then I will be okay with your final decision. I just want to say one last thing before we're totally over... I LOVE YOU SO MUCH
I felt tears. "Chris you alright man?" Crawford said but was interrupted by his phone buzzing he also got a text from Le.
"Oh, please don't tell me. Did she..." I asked Crawford. If Le broke up with Crawford he's going to break like a leaf in fall.
I saw a tear roll down his face "She did!" He sobbed.
I walked over to him and hugged him. "It'll be alright Crawf."
I got a text again.
R - I LOVE YOU TOO! So I guess friends now.
I was really sad about this but I still understood so I just replied quickly.
C - Ya...just friends
I just thought that MAYBE we could get through this together, but I guess we're not going to be able to do that now.
