Finding Lucy (Editing)

My feet drag back towards the guild.
Erza was wrong again, there was no lead. No existence of Lucy anymore. The only thing I have are the remains of her repossessed apartment.

"Na-ztu?" Happy muttered sad flying next to me moping.

"What buddy?" I ask still extremely depressed.

"Can we go fishing?" Happy ask.

"Sure," I say sighing lightly.

"Can we ask Lisanna to come?" Happy asked, brightening up a little bit, "like old times?"

Aww man I miss Lucy so much, If she was here I'd bring her with us within seconds. No other options!

"Sure..." I say sighing.

"K," he says and flies off.

Silence, I'm still in the entrance of the guild.

Everyone had gone on with their lives except: Levy, Gajeel, Gray, Erza, and Wendy.

Master suffers to.

Happy comes back full of sorrow, "what did she say Happy?" I choke my voice out.

"She said... she's busy helping Mira with serving tonight, maybe next time," he says sighing.

For some reason I'm full of relief.

"Ok..." I say while breathing and him and I slowly move towards the pond.
I sit down and Happy flies away to get our fishing rods.

Silence.

I look at a picnick table nearby and remember...

"Natsu! Hurry up! I'm cold and it's getting dark!" Lucy whined cutely.
"Sorry Luce! Happy wants one more fish and then we'll leave!" I say happily with a hint of excitement for our catch of fish.
"Ok," she said sighing, and looking down.
I think about everything she said and I remember that she was cold.
So I sit next to her and light my hand up on fire so she can warm up to it.
"Thanks Natsu," she said smiling with a hint of blush.
"Yup no problem! Anything for you Luce!" I say with my toothy grin.
And she giggles as Happy announces his last catch of the day.
"Let's go back to my apartment and I'll cook Natsu's and my fish, ok?" Lucy offered politely.
I nodded and the three of us continued to walk back to her apartment...

A tear rolls down my cheek at that memory, it was once real.

It was at one point happening and I lived it.

Luce was here and mine.

"Natsu! I got the fishing rods!" Happy announced handing me his and my rods.

But I stand up and walk away and say, "I don't feel like it anymore."

And I left Happy.

I feel guilty of it now but I'm busy walking to Lucy's apartment.

I climb up to her window and jump in like I used to.

I've been paying the rent, and cleaning it.

I craw into her bed, 'it still smells like her...'

"Natsu!" She purposely yelled in my ear knowing I have sensitive ears, "GET OUT OF MY BED!"
And she pulled me head first out of bed. My throat almost went tight, indicating that she pulled me by my scarf.
"Awww come on Luce..." I whine like a kid, pouting. I smiled innocently at her.
I heard her mumble something like, 'I've got no privacy!' And 'despicable pink haired-' but I cut her off by yawning and rubbing my eyes.

The memory yet another happy one.
I pull the blankets up to cover my face and I couldn't help but think...

It's not the same without you, Luce...
