RECAP OF TEENAGERS
"We can't fix this Luke. We're just teenagers we don't know what we want yet, and I don't think I'm what you really want. Maybe when you grow up and still think you want me, we can try again. Until then, whatever twisted thing we had is done. I still love you, just not the way you think you love me. Goodbye for now Luke."
With that, I walked back inside my house leaving the only boy I've ever truly loved on my porch in tears.
The End

2 Years Ahead
•
I woke up due to the blaring sound of my alarm. Ugh, work.
I work at a small diner near my apartment. Nothing fancy, but it pays the bills. I should've went to college.
I got out of bed, finally, and walked out of my room and into the kitchen to pour myself a bowl of cereal.
I open the fridge door and what do I see? An empty carton of milk.
"Calum!" I called out from my kitchen. I heard stumbling coming from the other room. Calum walked out in nothing but boxers, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes.
"What did I do now?" Calum asked in his raspy morning voice. I held up the carton of milk.
"Dude, I've told you not to put the empty milk back in the fridge. And today I want cereal for breakfast." I said pouting at him. He came over to me and gave me a big hug.
"I'm sorry Ar. Want me to go get some milk for you?" He asked me. He's being too nice.
"Yes please." I said giving him a cheesy smile.
"Too bad!" He yelled as he ran away from me and locked himself in his room. "Next time don't wake me up at 7 in the morning for fucking milk!" I heard him yell from his room. I giggled and decided to make some toast.
I suppose you're wondering what's happened the past 2 years, so I'm gonna tell you...
After Luke and I broke up, he and his family moved to Australia about a month later. I was still friends with the boys at that time, I still am, but Luke and I would avoid each other at all costs.
After I graduated, Calum and I decided to get an apartment together. Ashton went to college, luckily still here in LA, and Michael, well he still lives with his parents and plays video games all day so nothing has really changed.
Calum has a job as a soccer coach assistant for kindergarteners. It's really cute to see him with kids actually.
You're probably wondering if Calum and I have ever dated, and the answer is yes. But we broke up after a week because we both thought we were better as best friends.
Oh, and my brother and Diamond ended up getting married. Sadly, we hated each other so that's another reason why I moved out.
After high school, I took out all my piercings and stopped dying my hair, so now I look somewhat normal.
That's pretty much all that has happened in the last couple years. Nothing too exciting. Okay, now back to the present.
As I ate my toast I heard Calum talking to someone. He probably had a girl over last night or something.
A few moments later Calum walked out holding his phone up, smiling and fixing his hair. Dammit he isn't talking to a girl.
"Hey Luke wanna talk to Ar?" Calum said to Luke who he was FaceTiming. Fuck you Calum.
"Uh... sure I uh, guess." You could hear the hesitation in his voice. Calum walked over to me and handed my his phone. I mentally curse myself for not putting on makeup or doing my hair yet.
I take Calum's phone and flip him off before he shrugs and walks to the bathroom.
I look at the phone and see Luke. Man has he changed. He looks really good. Not to mention he has a faint Aussie accent and a deeper voice.
"Uh, hey." I said awkwardly to him.
"Hi." He breathed out. He was wrapped in a blanket so I'm assuming it's night in Australia.
"So how's Australia?" I asked him. My voice was shaky and he must have noticed because he smirked faintly. Dammit.
"Pretty good I guess, but there's something I need to tell you." I got nervous. Like really nervous. What did he have to tell me?
"Uh, okay what is it?" I said nervously.
"I'm moving back to LA..."
