"No thanks." Ashton said. Setting his beer down on the coffee table.

"Yeah I can't because I've gotta pick up Luke and his family from the airport. I'd like to not be drunk for that." Calum said. Wait, where are they going to stay? They sold their house before the left. "Oh that reminds me, Ar. Luke will be staying in our guest bedroom. The others are going to their grandparents but there isn't enough room for him and- yeah just him." Calum said nervously.

"What! Absolutely not. No way, nope." I said leaning back and crossing my arms over my chest. "He could stay with Ashton or Michael. Not us."

"Ashton can't have people in his dorm at his college, and Michael's parents said no because they already have his cousins staying there. Trust me Ar I know you don't want this but he is my best friend." Calum told me. Michael and Ashton gave me apologetic looks. I huffed and grabbed my purse, and put some shoes on before heading to the front door.

"Where are you going?" Michael called out.

"To the bar." I said as I slammed the door. I definitely do not want to be sober for Luke and his girlfriends arrival.

A few glasses of beer and, some shots of god knows what, and I was already dancing on a complete stranger. But did I care? Hell no.

I was having a good time until I felt a strong arm pull me away. What the fuck? I turned around and saw Calum, and did he look pissed.

"What the fuck, Ar?" He said angrily. He kept pulling me out of the bar until we got to his car.

"What? Am I not allowed to go and get drunk?" I snapped at him pulling away from his grasp.

"Not when you won't answer your phone! Do you know how worried I was? I went to 5 different bars just to find you! Quit being so immature, Luke is staying with us and that's that. Sorry to snap at you, but you guys used to be friends before you broke up. Please just stop fighting with him." Calum practically begged. I nodded slowly getting in the car. I was scared. Calum had never been this mad at me before.

The whole car ride home was completely quiet, so quiet that I must have fallen asleep because next thing I know Calum is picking me up out of the car and waking me inside.

"Calum?"

"Yes?"

"Why didn't you tell me Luke had a girlfriend?" Shit shit shit. I wasn't suppose to say that.

"Wha- uh, I- how did you know?" He asked nervously.

"So he does?" I asked with hurt evident in my voice. Calum nodded before opening the door to the apartment and letting us in. He put me down so he didn't have to carry me anymore, I know I'm heavy.

"Here, drink." He said handing me a glass of water. I thanked him and sat on the couch. It doesn't take me long to sober up so by now I was pretty much aware of what was going on. Just a little tipsy, but I could feel a massive headache coming on.

"Aspirin?" Calum asked me. I nodded while holding my head. He came back with 2 pills and I did not hesitate to take them.

"We have to go soon." Calum said checking the time on his phone. I saw it said 3:59am.

"We?" I asked him.

"Well yeah. I'm not going to leave you here alone while you're drunk." He explained.

"I'll be f-" I began before I felt my throat burn. Oh no. I ran to the bathroom and began puking my guts out. Calum came rushing after me and held my hair back. When I was done all I wanted to do was sleep.

"Calum, can I please just sleep?" I asked like a little girl. He huffed before nodding and walking me to his room?

"Why are you taking me to your room?" Asked him.

"If we're going to fake date, we have to make it seem real don't we?" He said pulling the sheets down and gesturing for me to get in bed.

"We're still going to do that?" I asked. I figured since Luke has a girlfriend we wouldn't do that.

"Duh. We want to make him jealous don't we?" He smiled as I got into his bed. I smiled back at him. "I'll be back soon I have to go get Luke and- well you know." I nodded and felt that pang of anger in my chest.

"Make sure you sleep on your side. Call me if you need anything. I should be back soon." He told me before his phone started ringing.

"Hello? Yes I'm coming. Relax, she's almost asleep. She just got back from the bar, why do you care? Fine bye." He was obviously on the phone with Luke. Not that I care. Calum walked out of the room and out the front door.

Soon after that I feel asleep with one person on my mind.

I woke up with a splitting headache. Stupid sun shinning right in my eyes. I was about to get up and go to the bathroom before I remember that I was in Calum's room and Luke would be out there with his girlfriend. I need aspirin though.

I reached for my phone that was laying on the nightstand next to me. I searched for Calum's name and pressed call.

"Hello?" I heard Calum answer.

"I need aspirin." I groaned. I heard faint voices in the back and the same voices coming from the living room.

"Okay baby I'll bring you some." Baby? Oh yeah, Calum is my boyfriend. I thanked him and hung up. After that I heard mumbled voices and footsteps walking to the room.

Calum appeared in the doorway with a glass of water and 2 tablets of aspirin.

"Morning sleeping beauty." Calum giggled walking over to me and kissing my head. I gave him a weird look until he nudged his head towards the door. I saw Luke standing in the hallway with a shocked expression. A girl was standing a few feet behind him smiling. The girlfriend.

I'll admit she's pretty. She had dark brown hair and brown eyes. Perfect for Luke, I thought.

"Thank you baby." I said giving Calum a quick kiss on the cheek. He blushed and I winked at him. He handed me the pills and water and I chugged.

"Uh Calum, can I talk to you?" Luke asked. Wow no hello? Calum nodded. I grabbed his arm and pulled him back to me.

"Don't be shocked." I whispered in his ear. Before he could question me I kissed him. It felt weird. I wasn't expecting to feel anything really but I did. I blushed and Calum did too after we pulled away. He walked out shutting the door behind him.

This is going to be an interesting day.
