the past two days luke has been acting a bit weird around me, whenever we hang out he'll distance himself, he will kiss me but quickly pull away, and honestly i don't know what i did wrong.
right now i'm at my last ten minutes of my shift, luke didn't come by today, odd.
once my shift wraps up, i walk home, putting on a random sweatshirt from an old soccer tournament, and some comfy shorts. i then hop onto my couch and turn on the tv, some how having the news on. ew.
but this time it actually catches my eye, seeing that the boys cover of one direction's song is on, and the news anchors are talking about them.
"the new hit band that goes by the name 5 seconds of summer has just agreed to go on tour with the world famous one directions boys and open up for them on tour for their last 23 shows."
i sit there just staring at the tv.
how the fuck did this happen.
i immediately put on random shoes and storm out of my apartment, making my way to the little quick check.
i quickly grab a simple pack of gum and put it on the counter, taking out a dollar from my pocket.
"you okay?" the cashier asks, and for once i look up, not to be met with calum.
"yeah, i just received some news i wasn't exactly prepared for i guess." i smile, giving him the money and him handing back my change, and then i leave the little store.
it's weird, but i chew gum when i'm about to freak out. it calms me down a bit. like smoking, but not harmful to your body.
i then receive a text from luke.
luke:
hey, sorry that i've been acting weird lately, but i need to tell you something
flo:
you could of told me before you were going on tour luke, don't just start to push yourself away from me
luke:
i'm sorry flo, i just didn't want to tell you, i don't wanna leave you.
flo:
it's fine. when are you leaving?
luke:
tomorrow
and that is when i officially lost it.
i mean, what the fuck luke? you could have told me when you first found out, but you decided not to.
flo:
wow
luke:
i know.. but i have 12 hours before i leave for my flight, and i want to spend them all with you

now
i decided to go over luke's, mainly because no matter how pissed off i was, i'm gonna miss him.
i approach his apartment and knock on his door, it immediately opening and revealing luke wearing his usual black shirt and black skinny jeans.
"you know how pissed i am at you?" i ask, walking in. he sighs, and closes the door.
"i just didn't know how to tell you flo." he says
"i wouldn't of been mad luke, i'm so freaking happy for you guys, but finding out like this isn't cool." i state.
"i know, i just, i don't like the fact that i'm leaving you for one and a half months." he says.
"luke, i'll be fine. i need some alone time anyways, i've been hanging out with my only four friends too much." i joke.
"i don't want you to be alone flo, i want to be with you all the time and make you feel happy and shit." luke says, as he sits on his couch, as i sit next to him.
"as long as i know you still actually like me, i am happy and shit." i smile, planting a kiss on his cheek.
"flo?" luke says, as i look up at him.
"yes luke." i chuckle.
"i love you." luke says, and my eyes widen. did he seriously just say that? i guess what shocked me even more was the next four words that came out of my mouth.
"i love you too." i smile, as lukes smile grows even bigger, and he dips his head down, his lips attaching to mine.
