"Umm.. You don't have any questions now right?" Akari awkwardly asked.

A moment of silence reigned in the air until Erza started to question first. 

"This brother Kage, have you heard any news about him?"

"Kage..." Akari paused. "He changed his name and calls himself Rogue Cheney"

"That dude's your brother?!" Natsu and Gajeel exclaimed.

"So if he's still alive, then he also met the one who put you to 'sleep'?" Levy inquired.

"Probably" Akari shrugged.

"You haven't talked to him about it?" Mirajane asked.

"Well, to start with, I haven't met him ever since we got separated at sea" Akari confessed. "I don't even know if he remembers me"

"How about I take you to Sabertooth?" Lisanna asked. "He'll probably recognize you"

"Sure... I guess" Akari glanced at Makarov. "After an appointment"

Truth was, Akari was scared. What if he doesn't really remember her? What if the stranger wiped his memories or something?

"Your brother who went haywire. Who is he?" Elfman asked her.

"That... Um.. He's..." Akari couldn't help but stutter. She paused as an image of her brother reappeared in her mind. His black hair made the night sky look lighter in color. The warmth of his red eyes was already lost. Screams and outraged cries filled the air. 

Would she tell them? "H-He's..."

"YOU IDIOT!" Evergreen punched the Strauss on his head. "Why would you go ask something like that?!"

Evergreen turned to her and bowed as an apology. "Sorry about that"

"What will they do when they find out anyway?" Akari mused. "Will I get kicked out or something?"

"In case you lot weren't aware, Akari has to prepare for her appointment, so you better all get back to the guild now" Master Makarov commanded. "Now move along"

Grudgingly moving, they left the place. Akari thanked the Guild Master for saving her.

Akari could clearly hear Natsu and Gray fighting again, Cana was holding a contest on who can drink the most beer, Fairy Tail was back to normal again.

'Perhaps it's really better when they never know about it" Akari thought. "But then, they'll probably get mad if they wouldn't know about it soon"

Akari gestured at Ace that they were heading back to their apartment. 'But I want to stay here in Fairy Tail. I want to stay some more"

-- AT THE APARTMENT --

"Erza?!" Akari and Ace exclaimed in unison. 

The redhead glanced and flashed a smile. "Welcome home. Sorry for the intrusion as well"

"Erza-san, what are you doing here?" Ace asked.

"Well..." Erza looked back at whatever she was cooking again. "Akari must be exhausted from that battle and Ace for his cheering so I thought of making you two your dinner"

"Jeez Erza..." Akari sheepishly scratched her cheek. "You didn't have to. Really..."

Erza responded. "I already did. So you better get changed now or start packing"

"Hai!" Akari and Ace chorused as they headed towards the bedroom.

"Man, Erza's like a big sister right?" Ace inquired.

"Yeah" Akari replied. "Definitely made up of big sister material"

After getting changed and finished packing, Akari and Ace went to the dining room and were served with delicious food made by the redheaded swordswoman.

"You came here to ask me something didn't you?" asked Akari after she finished swallowing.

Erza sighed before nodding. "May I?"

Akari seemed uncomfortable so the mage quickly added, "It's not about your family. That I assure"

The whitehead nodded in agreement.

"What happened back there when you were fighting Natsu and Gajeel?"

A/N: I'll take a short break because I'll be focusing on our class performing the Phantom of the Opera play. We'll be having a dress rehearsal on March 2 and will be performing on March 3. I can probably update on March 3 or the March 4.
