Chapter 3

I walked down the hallway and sat down at the bar resting my head on my arms. I looked up when I saw Happy and gemma walk out of the hallway. Happy looked at me but I didn't make eye contact. Gemma walked over to me and rested her hand on my shoulder. "Come on sweetheart we need to talk." she said softly. I nodded my head and followed her to the door, looking back I saw Happy staring at me. I bowed my head and walked out following her to her office. She opened the door for me taking a seat across from her desk, she walked in and shut the door taking her seat.

"What do you need to talk about Gem?" I asked.
"I don't need to know what you and Hap did in your room but if you two are gonna fool around make sure it stays with the club." she said.
"Wait, you think Hap and I had sex? We didn't Gem I mean we kissed but I stopped it. I don't want a repeat of what happened with Jax." I told her.
"Sweetheart I know that you two had sex and he said it was a mistake but it doesn't mean Happy will do the same." she said softly.
"No Gemma that's not what I meant. Just...never mind." I said getting up and heading for the door.
"Raven we aren't done sit your pretty little ass down now." she demanded. I sat back down and waited for her to say something.

"Then what do you mean baby?" she asked.

"What I mean is... I don't want to get pregnant again." I told her.

"Jax never got you pregnant you would have a baby bump right now." she told me.
"No I wouldn't Gemma because I had an abortion." I said tears welling in my eyes.
"Raven why didn't you talk to Jax about it you could've had a baby." she said.
"I didn't want a baby Gem. I'm seventeen for fucks sake. The girls at school already think I'm a whore I don't need to make it true." I said as tears came down my face. We both turned to the window when we heard a motorcycle and saw it was Jax.
"You need to tell him sweetie." she said.
"No I don't he's fine why ruin that." I said.
"Tell him when the party starts. The Tacoma charter is coming and I know you've been wanting to see Kozik." she said standing up.
"Fine I'll try, but I'm not promising anything." I told her standing up and walking out, and back into the clubhouse.

All the guys were sitting at the bar, but Happy and Jax both looked up when I walked in. I lowered my head not wanting to make eye contact with them. "Raven." Clay said.

"Yeah?" I asked looking at him.

"The Tacoma charter should be here soon I know you've  wanted to see Kozik." He told me.

"I know Gem told me, I'm going to change right now." I told him and he nodded.

"Don't show too much skin." Jax told me.

"I'll show however much I want Jackson." I snapped, and continued walking into the hallway and into my room, shutting the door behind me. I stripped of the clothes I had on and changed. Just as I was putting my flannel on there was a knock on my door. I opened it to see Happy standing there, I rolled my eyes and went to shut the door, but he stopped it with his foot and pushed his way in shutting it behind him.

"What the fuck do you want Hap?" I asked.

"Why have you been wanting to see Kozik?" Happy asked.

"Because I needed to talk to him about last time he was here, he helped me with something." I told him.

"Exactly what did he help you with?" He demanded.

"Nothing its none of your business." I snapped.

"Girl you better tell me." He growled.

"It doesn't matter he helped me thats all you need to know okay. Jesus Hap stop trying to get shit out of me if I want you to know I'll tell you, you just can't know right now." I told him pushing him away from my door opening it and walking out. I sat down at the bar thinking about how I'm going to tell Jax, maybe when he's drunk? No then he wouldn't remember. Why did I have to tell Gemma? I heard the motorcycles start to roll in so I stood up waiting for Kozik. All of them came walking in and Kozik was the last one. "Kozik!" I yelled running to him. 

"Raven!" He yelled back catching me as I wrapped my legs around his waist. I heard someone clear their throat, and I got off of Kozik and turned around seeing Happy. "Brotha'" Kozik said giving him a brotherly hug. Happy stared at me the entire time until they broke the hug. 

"I hate to split this up but I really need to speak to Kozik in private." I told them. 

"Yeah do whatever you need to do Raven." Happy snapped walking off and over to Ima. I'm not gonna lie that hurt a bit. I grabbed Kozik's hand and lead him outside to a picnic table. 

"What do you need to talk about Raven?" He asked sitting down next to me.

"You know how you took me to the clinic to get that thing done?" I asked being vague in case someone heard.

"Yeah what about that?" He asked. 

"I may have told Gemma because she thought I was having sex with Happy, but I told her I didn't want a repeat of Jax. She obviously didn't know what it meant so I told her and now she wants me to tell Jax...tonight. How do I tell someone who says that what happened was mistake that I aborted his baby." I said.

"Rip it off like a band aid. Just tell him and are you having sex with Happy?" He asked.

"No I mean we kissed today in my room but I stopped it at that and told him to go to Ima or Victoria and that's exactly what he did when I told him I needed to talk to you in private." I sighed.

"Just be careful okay? I don't want a repeat of Jax either I know how upset you were. I don't want you to get hurt again." He said putting his arm around my shoulder. 

"I know. Thank you Kozik." I said kissing his cheek, getting up and walking back inside. I took a seat next to Gemma at the bar and she handed me a beer. 

"You know Happy has been staring at the door for you to come back in and now he won't stop staring at you." She told me. 

"It doesn't matter he went to Ima she can entertain him for the night." I said as we heard another motorcycle pull in. I looked at the door and watched as Jax and Tara walked in.  

"Do I still have to tell him? He's with her why ruin their night?" I asked.

"Yes sweetheart you still have to tell him, even if what happened to you was a couple months ago you still need to tell him." She told me sternly.

"Ugh okay." I said finishing the beer, getting up and walking over to where Jax and Tara were.

"Hey Jax can I talk to you in private for a minute?" I asked.

"Yeah sure." He said as I lead him to my room. I shut the door behind us and we sat on the bed.

"What do you need to talk about?" He asked.

"Well you know that time we had sex?" I asked.

"Yeah and it was amazing." He said.

"Yeah well about that you apparently didn't use a condom." I said.

"You can't tell me that you're pregnant otherwise you would have a bump already." He snapped.

"No Jax thats not what I'm saying. That day that Kozik took me out for most of the day was because he was taking me to the clinic to get an abortion. I aborted the baby Jackson." I told him.

"What are you talking about?" He asked shocked.

"You got me pregnant. I asked Kozik to take me to the clinic to get an abortion and he did." I said.

"Why the fuck would you want to abort our baby?" He snapped.

"I'm 17 I get called a biker whore, white trash, crow-eater, and slut. I didn't want a baby Jackson and why make all those things true that they say." I told him.

"I can't fucking believe you. That you would do that to our baby without even fucking talking to me about it first what the fuck Raven!" He yelled standing up and walking out the door. I got up and followed him. 

"Jax I'm sorry!" I yelled with tears steaming down my face as he walked out of the clubhouse. Gemma came walking over to me. 

"Are you okay?" She asked. 

"I should've never listened to you and told him, he fucking hates me now thanks a lot Gem." I snapped running out only to see Jax pulling out of the lot.
