Chapter 5

I woke up the next morning with my head on Happy's chest and his arm wrapped around me. A couple minutes later there was a knock on the door, and Happy didn't wake up. I nudged him and he just groaned, I then leaned into him and kissed him he kissed back holding my face. I pulled back opening my eyes and so did he. "Someones knocking on the door." I said as there was another knock. He sighed and got out of bed, I sat up holding the sheet to up to my bare chest. He opened the door all the way to reveal Jax standing there.
"Hey Hap we got church in-" He cut himself off when he saw me in the bed. He looked from Happy to me and noticed we weren't wearing much he looked at me and shook his head, he looked back to Happy. "We have church in five to discuss Luke." He said.

"Why are you going to talk about Luke?" I asked wrapping the sheet around me like a dress and got out of Happy's bed, walking over to the door.

"Because I asked Clay to have a meeting about it, and you're coming to explain everything." Jax said.
"That's just fucking great, Hap and I will be there." I snapped shutting the door.

"What's wrong?" Happy asked.

"I just broke up with him last week. He left marks on me Hap." I said dropping the sheet.

"I don't see anything on you." He said confused.

"That's the power of makeup." I said walking into his bathroom and wetting a towel and wipping the makeup under one of my boobs and my thighs, and my arms. "He cut me under my boobs and on my thighs, and he left bruises on my arms." I said turning to him and showing him.

"Jesus Christ little girl." He whispered running his hands across all the scars and bruises. "Let's get you dressed and I'm sorry but you're gonna have to show all the guys, I'll give you one of my shirts. Just do me a favor don't show them your tits." He said handing me my bra and his shirt.

"I promise I won't but I'm not wearing pants in there cause I have to show my thighs anyway." I said putting my bra on and his shirt as he got dressed.

"I'm bringing your pants in there I don't want all of them staring at you." He said.

"Why you jealous?" I smirked. He walked over to me and leaned down.

"Nah baby girl I ain't jealous you'll know when I am," He whispered then kissed me. "Come on little girl we got church and you are sitting on my lap understood?" He asked opening the door for me.

"Yes sir." I said sarcastically as we walked down the hallway.

"Watch it little girl." He said smacking my ass. I laughed as we got to the church doors, Happy walked in before me and I shut the door behind me walking over to happy and sitting on his lap.

"Alright boys we are here to discuss what happened to Raven. If you don't know she was abused by her ex boyfriend. She's here to explain what he did to her and we'll decide what to do from there." Clay said and nodded at me, everyone turned to me to listen to what I had to say.

"Well as you all know I was dating Like but broke up with him last week. He was so sweet and caring in the beginning and then it all turned to shit when he got into drugs and alcohol. Even if I didn't do anything to him he would just start hitting me but was the worst when I would refuse to have sex with him. I tried to fight him but it never worked. I would tell him I'm leaving him and said once I had a reason to leave he would let me, I told him him hurting me was a reason, he never thought that was good enough. I went to his house one day and I walked in and saw him a Julia fucking on the couch. I was so happy and hurt at the same time that I started laughing. I told him I was leaving him and he let me. But he left me with scars under my boobs and thighs from him cutting me and bruises on my arms from him holding me too tight." I told the standing up and lifting Happys shirt up so they could see.

"Jesus Christ." They all whispered. I pulled my shirt back down as Happy handed me my pants. Taking them I slide them back on and sat back down on Happy's lap. "He needs to die." Jax growled looking at Clay as everyone nodded in agreement.

"No you are not killing him." I snapped.

"Why not he hurt you." Clay said to me.

"I know he hurt me but you are not killing an eighteen year old boy. You can scare the shit out of him even beat him up but no one is killing him. I'm not saying that because I care about him still I'm saying that because he's only eighteen let him live understand?" I asked.

"Fine we won't kill him we'll just beat the shit out of him." Clay said. "Everyone agree?" He asked. Everyone raised their hand in agreement.

"Great, can I please go now?" I asked almost about to cry.

"Yeah you're free to go." Clay said looking at me weirdly. I nodded and got up from Happy's lap and made my way out of the room shutting the doors when I left. I walked out back of the clubhouse and sat down on the ground my back against the wall and started crying uncontrollably. 'I hate Jax for making me do that' I thought 'but he also hates me for killing his kid.' I heard footsteps and stopped crying wipping my face.

"Hey you okay?" Happy asked.

"Yeah, yeah I'm fine." I said standing up and dusting the dirt off my pants. I turned around and started walking back in when he grabbed my arm.

"Are you sure you're okay?" he asked again.

"Yeah I'm sure." I lied.

"I know you're lying but I'll let it go this time." He said letting my arm go. I continued inside and went to the pool table and started a game when Opie came over to me.

"Mind if I join in" He asked.

"Not all." I said smiling. He nodded and grabbed a stick and took his shot getting a solid ball in. He took a second shot and didn't get it. I took my shot and got mine and after that Opie didn't get a turn again. "Looks like I win." I smiled, as he just laughed.

"Yeah looks like it." He said walking over and giving me a hug, when someone cleared their throat. When we broke apart we saw it was Jax. "I'll see you later okay Raven?" He asked.

"Yeah of course." I said kissing his cheek and he walked off.

"Can we talk a minute?" He asked. I nodded and he took my hand and walked outside to the ladder outside of the garage that led to the roof where we would always go when things got rough. We took a seat and he sighed. "I'm sorry Raven for walking out on you like I did and for judging you when I saw you in basically nothing in Haps room," He said staring me in the eyes. I know he meant what he said I could see the guilt in his eyes. "And I'm sorry for making you go to church this morning and showing everyone what Luke did." He said.

"It's okay Jackson, and I'm sorry for getting the abortion when I should've talked to you about. I was just so concerned with being called a biker whore, white trash, and a slut that I didn't think about you or that there was an actual human being inside me, and if you wanna be with Tara be with her I'm not going to try and stop you from being happy. I also didn't have sex with Happy last night we just made out and took some clothes off thats all that happened." I told him.

"I don't know if I want to be with Tara she just came back and you never forget your first love."

"I know that Jax but you don't have to be with your first love." I said looking out over the lot.

"Do you want to be with me?" He asked.

"I don't know anymore I honestly don't know." I said sighing. "Lets just get back to being best friends and we can go from there I miss you me and Ope hanging out." I said smiling and turning to Jax. He smiled and wrapped his arm around my shoulders.

"Me too Raven me too."
