Alone.. i guess

Chapter 1

Trish's POV

I stood outside of hell hole waiting for my best friends to get here. I had one ear bud in playing Uncover by: Zara L. It's been hard to stay stable considering my mom died 3 days ago. Everyone that walked by me looked at me with pity. I could hear feet running over to me which caused me to put my phone in my pocket. Bri and Madi tackled me in a hug which caused me to almost fall. "How are you holding up" they both asked in sync. "Im ok.. i guess" i said shrugging my shoulders. We walked in and everyone's eyes were on me. I went straight to my locker entering in the combination. I immediately threw my bag in and grabbed out my algebra notebook and textbook. I waited for the girls to finish then they closed their lockers. We walked off To Algebra class while everyone was whispering and staring at me. I walked in first with the girls behind me. It was scary tbh. Everyone's eyes were focused on me. I put my head down and headed straight for my seat which was in the back. I opened up my notebook and didn't even pay attention to the class. I just drew little designs on the sides of my page. "Alright class the project will be due next week and yes I am assigning your partners" Mr.S said as the class groaned. "Madilyn and Cameron, Sabrina and Cody, Kalin and Brille, Trish and Myles-" as he rambled on with naming the partners i froze. I was partnerd with Myles Parrish. You've got to be fucking kidding me. Sabrina is gonna say shit now just watch. "Aww sorry babe you have 5 work with that ugly fat pig" Sabrina scoffed. Some kids chuckled but everyone else stayed quiet. "Hey bitch why don't you shut the fuck up before I fuck your face up oh wait.. your mom already did that job" Brielle said flipping her hair. "Oh yeah and what are you gonna do about it skank!" Sabrina called out. "Don't fucking test her or me we will fucking beat your ass in the matter of a second so I suggest you shut the fuck up before you end up in the hospital!" Madi yelled. "OOOOOOOOHHHHH!" The whole calls cheered. I looked up and noticed Myles was making his way over to me. There was an empty chair next to me so that's where he sat. "Hey Trish uh.. sorry for your loss" he said rubbing his fingers through his hair. "Thanks so Uhm what's the project about j kinda wasn't paying attention" i nervously chuckled. "It's very simple we just have to graph a couple lines using Y=Mx+B (fucking 8th grade math) then we gave to answer some questions" he explained. "Wow that's really easy" i laughed a bit. "Yeah so you wanna come over to my house and do the project? Or your house?" He asked. "Let's just do my house since it's closer" i said. "Alright sounds good" he said flashing a smile. Just at that moment the bell rang and i gathered my stuff. Madi and Bri were talking till they walked up to me. "Don't listen to that little bitch she's just jealous cause her boyfriend os your partner and your hot" Madi said bumping hips with me. "Yeah I guess" i shrugged. I walked back to my locker and grabbed my science notebook. Too bad I didn't have this class with Madi and Bri. Just Myles and sabrina. Might as well kill me now. I walked off to class to find out that I was the first person in and we had a substitue. I plugged my earbuds in and put my head down on the desk. My arms were under the desk so they were in my sight. I lightly tugged on my right arm sleeve and pulled it up. I looked at all my scars and some fresh cuts. I started counting then i got interrupted by someone sitting next to me. I picked my head up and noticed that it was just Myles. "Hey why are you sitting here?" I asked. "Sabrina went home early cause of cramps and that crap" He said. I sat up pulling down my sleeve but he caught a glimpse of it. He just looked away out the window.

*skips to after school*

As i slammed my locker shut i waited for Myles. Bri and Madi walked up to me after putting away their books. "Hey T why are you waiting here alone?" Bri asked. "Oh cause I'm waiting for myles since we are partners for the project" i said. "Oh yeahhh ok well we are gonna start heading to the house with the guys so well see you there" Madi said. I plugged in my earbuds and put my Playlist on shuffle. Born To Die by: Lana Del Rey. I looked to my right and saw Myles jogging down the stairs. "Hey sorry Im late Mr.Salvinchi made me clean up some papers that were thrown around in the classroom" he said walking up to me. "Oh its cool" i said taking out my earbuds. "Alright let's skeddit" he said. We walked out of the school and onto the cracked sidewalk which led to my house. After about a 5 minute silent walk we ended up on the porch of my house. I opened the door and saw Kalin and Bri on the couch talking. Madi and Cam at the table talking and writing things down. I shut the door which caught there attention. "Heyo" Bri said. "Hey" i said putting my keys down. "Let's just go work in my room" i said. He nodded his head and followed me upstairs. I opened up my door and threw my backpack on the bed. I walked into my walk in closet and closed the door. I pulled off my shirt and put on a oversized black hoodie. I then pulled off my jeans and put on black leggings. I kept my hair up in a ponytail. I opened up the door then plopped on my bed. "Here come sit i dont bite" i chuckled saying to Myles. He plopped down next to me and took out his notebook.

*10 minutes later*

"I'm bored of this now" Myles said. "Alright then let's take a break" i said putting my notebook down. "Hey Trish can i ask you a question" he said. "Sure" i said facing him. He grabbed my arm and slowly pulled up my sleeve. Revealing the new and old cuts. "Why" he said. "It's too much" I said pulling my arm away and pulling down my sleeve. "You would think even after witnessing and hearing all the shit your fucking snobby girlfriend puts me through, that you would know that I would do shit like this. Then on top of it My dad wants nothing to do with me and my mom died. So i kinda have no one" i said then shrugging my shoulders. "Wow.. i mean I never really knew how much you've gone through" he said scratching the back of his neck. "Yeahh" i said. "Are you hungry?" He asked. "Yeah" i let out a soft chuckle. "Let's go" he said getting up. "Where are we going?" I asked slipping on my vans. "In-n-out" he smirked. "Yas! I love fucking in-n-out" i said getting excited. We walked out of the room as Bri' and Kalins pulled away from the book and looked at us. "Where are you guys going?" Kalin asked. "In-n-out" i said. "Oo! Bring some back for me please!" He begged. "Fine" I said. We walked out if the house and headed to In-N-Out.
