Claire's POV
"I'm just like you". I stared at her in disbelief, before bursting a laugh.
This time, it was her turn to look at me in disbelief. Until she spoke in a deadly tone.
"I'm not joking." I stared at her intensely, hoping to see any body signs that she's lying but Hikari is dead serious.
I laughed nervously
"Well, you didn't expect me to believed you, right?" I asked.
"I mean there are a lot of things that were not similar. Like your hair, your profile in school and many more." I said.
She sighed heavily saying "I should have known you won't understand."
Then she grabbed my hand and dragged me at the opposite direction, which is also where the little markings are.
I stared at the markings, but I couldn't understand because it was written in Japanese.
"I can't read it." I said stupidly
"I didn't tell you to read it." She stated calmly.
"But-" I started
"Akuma wa, sūnenmae no sekai no nan hiyaku man hito o arukimawarimasu. " she said.
My jaw dropped, "you can understanding that?" I said pointing to the markings.
She rolled her eyes, "why do you think my name is 'Kagayaku Hikari' and why do you think I understand the meaning of my name?" She asked.
"Uh, well you got a point." I said.
"Don't tell me you want me to translate it into English." I begged.
She rolled her eyea at me again before speaking.
"It says that 'demons roam the earth millions of years ago' "
I stared at her like she was talking in Spanish or something.
"Let me continue" she said.
"Oh, OK."
" 'demons messes the humans everyday, a lot of people got killed because of this. One day, a princess named Utsukushi, thought of an idea that humans can't think of, you know what it is?" She asked.
"Uh,no" I replied
"Her idea is, is to put the demons inside a humans body to keep it at bay." She said. Her eyes never leaving the markings.
"Wait, you believed in that stuff?" I asked.
"I didn't believed it at first but- "
She stopped at the middle of the sentence as she turned around, her back shown at me.
Then she slowly remove the upper part of her clothing.
"What are you-". I stopped only to see a markings behind her back.
"That's the mark of the seal." She stated.
"I'm pretty sure you have it too" she said while putting her t-shirt on.
I stared at the ground at first. Before removing the clothing that is hiding my stomach.
She gasp as she saw the same markings she have on her back.
"I..I really don't k-know what it is at first, but I came to think that this is nothing but a marking that I don't understand." I said
"Oh my heavens, do you believed me now?" She asked.
I nodded my head.
"Good now follow me" she said dragging me to the other room.
Now this room is soooooo huuuugggeee. I stared at it in awe.
When were at the middle of the room, Hikari stopped.
" what are we doing here?" I asked but she didn't reply.
"Uh, Hikari?"
Then suddenly, Hikari pulled her sword and swinging it at me but good thing my reflexes worked fast and I dodge it. But not fast enough, causing it to rip the lower part of my clothes just a little.
"What are you doing?!" I screamed.

Yay, this chapter is much longer than the others so I'm glad that I made it long.
Oh, and about the Japanese word, it only mean the 'demons roam the earth millions of years ago'. I didn't put the whole translation of what Hikari said because I'm lazy.
