Chapter 5

LIKE AND COMMENT, TELL FRIEND AND FAN, LOVE YOU GUYS!

Tears filled my eyes, "Why is he sitting with them," I threw out for anyone to answer. Nora shrugged and Jarred stared at me.

I stared into his eyes, "Jamie, he met Ashley, and, well, she likes him and he is being nice and sitting with her apparently," Jarred said quietly.

I felt a tear fall down my cheek, "This is stupid," I yelled! I got my lunch, "See you guys during the break, I'm out of here," I said as I stormed out the door.

Why am I so stupid, I fell for his good boy act. I knew this would happen, how come I didn't see this?! My mind was a jumble mess! I opened my front door and saw a note on the back once I slammed it. I torn it off...

Jamie,

I'm working late tonight, so we wont be able to have a camp fire mother and daughter night tonight. Dinner is in the fridge and you can invite your friends over if you would like. Nora can sleepover to if you need permission. I love you very much and I hope we can make this up.

                I crumbled up the note and threw it on the ground. I was looking forward to spend time with my mom, we never do! She is always busy working or on a date! I went to the kitchen and called my dad.

"Hello?! Jamie?! Is everything okay," my father answered franticly?

"Yes dad I'm alright. Mom is at work again, want to come over and have dinner?"

"Did she blow you off again honey?"

I sighed, "Yes."

My dad was silent for a minute, "I cant tonight honey, I actually have a date."

"You have a date," I was speechless, he never has a date!

I heard my dad laugh on the other end, "Yeah, I know, surprise, surprise."

I sighed, "Okay, I'm going to go, Love you." I hung up the phone before he could answer. I leaned against the counter and scratched my hair. My cell phone vibrated in my back pocket of my jeans. I grabbed it and saw Jack calling. I rolled my eyes and sent it to voicemail. I put my phone back into my pocket and started to walk to my room. My phone vibrated again, I rolled my eyes and got it again. Jack texted,

Jamie, whats wrong? I saw you storm off at lunch and I didn't get to see you the rest of the day! Jamie talk to me, I'm here for you, tell me whats wrong. Nora and Jarred told me that you were mad, but they didn't tell me why.

I texted back,

You perfectly know what is wrong. You know that I hate Ashley and she hates me! And suddenly your BFF's with her! I trusted you and you decide to sit with her at lunch, after I had a dream and I told you about it! Just leave me alone, please!

I put my phone back in my pocket and walked to my room. I threw myself on the bed as I closed my eyes. I couldn't get him out of my head! I opened my eyes to the vibration on my butt. I scrambled to get my phone. Jack texted,

Jamie, please, you need to understand, nothing is going on! Ashley told me I should sit with her, I told her no, then she threatened to hurt you! I couldn't let that happen at all! I did it for you, please understand. Jamie I really like you a lot and I don't want her to hurt you.

I shook my head, did this really happen?  I replyed,

Did that really happen? OMG I cant believe this! Jack I apologize, please come over, so we can talk it over.

Jack replied immediately,

I'm on my way!

 I smiled as I put my phone back in my pocket. I got up at walked down stairs. I walked down to the living room where I saw a window open. My eyes grew huge as I turned around and was tackled to the floor! The person covered my mouth with their hand. Once I came to I saw Ashley on me! I tired to scream but I couldn't! she pulled out duck tap and covered my mouth with it. She flipped me over and she tied me up with a rope. She picked me up and put me in a chair. "Hi there Jamie," she said greedy. I squirmed around trying to undo the ropes. She smiled as she pulled out a knife and stroked it on my cheek. I becamed worried, was she going to kill me. I tried harder to get out of the ropes as she looked at my ceiling. Tears came into my eyes as she pulled up a chair, stood on it and threw a rope on it and made a hole for my head.

"Come on Jamie, this wont hurt." She held up her knife and brought it close to my face, "But, I might make you suffer just a bit."

She ripped this duck tap off my mouth, I screamed. "Why are you doing this to me?"

She smiled, "Well Jamie, as you haven't noticed, I like, excuse me, love Jack, and he likes you. Your in my way and I need to solve a problem." She stoked the knife across my lip which cut me. "Which is to get rid of you."

"You blonde bitch, you don't have to kill me to get rid of me."

She laughed, "I hate you anyway, so it's a double!"

She put duck tap on my mouth again and picked me up. She tried to make me stand. I sat down and she struck me with the knife. I screamed as she made me stand. She put the rope around my neck while I gave her a evil look.
