chapter 55. Anniversary

Aaniya pov.

The very next day after the grand, dinner,

We finished our work early today,

It's night right now, we are in our room, I am sitting on my bed while he is in the balcony talking on his phone.

I am scrolling through my phone,

I saw him walking towards me, as he sat beside me with his laptop, and a phone on his ear.

He is talking about work and doing as well in the laptop.

I looked back on my phone.

Yeah sometimes he doesn't leave his work at the home also, and sometimes he doesn't even work in his office.

So yeah today he is working.

I don't know when he will finish his work.

After few minutes, I got a call from haniya,

A smile spread on my lips,

After half an hour talk, she hanged up and it was so much fun talking to her, I really miss her.

We met only yesterday only but still.

In two days it's our anniversary and I don't think he remember that.

Because he has been busy in work,

I saw him closing his laptop and rubbing his eyes feeling tired.

"Have some rest" I said taking the laptop from him.

I kept it on its place, and he nodded at me.

The tiredness was visible on his face, he leaned closer to me laying his head on my lap, as I ran my fingers through his hairs.

He closed his eyes taking a deep breath, the stress from his face fading away, and a small smile covering his face.

"Feeling better?" I asked seeing his smiled got much bigger and he nodded at me.

A notification clicked on my phone, and I opened my phone, I saw transaction on my phone from company.

"You can take that company back, I don't need that" I said and he opened his eyes raising his eyebrows at me.

"Which company?" He asked,

"The company which maaz bhai took under my name from you" I said,

I don't need that much money and all the shares,

"It's fine, the thing which is mine is also yours, and I gave that as a assurance to maaz, i can't take that back" he said looking at me.

I nodded at him, "Anyways, i earn for you" he said,

"And for our future kids" he completed making me process his words.

A blush formed on my cheeks hearing his words.

This man never fails to make me blush, the days are much better with him.

The next day started as normal, but after breakfast I was feeling extremely nauseous.

I am walking back and forth in my room, while arhan following me behind.

"Are you okay? Do you want to see a doctor?" He asked getting worried.

I shook my head, "It's fine, maybe I over ate" I said and he stopped me making me sit on the bed.

He gets really worried about me.

"Rest for a bit" he said and I nodded, Then he handed me a glass of water.

I drank the whole glass, and as soon as I finished that I ran to the washroom.
